  • Those F9's were designed and tooled right in San Diego as well.

  • @paullubliner COOL! I did not know that. I"m born and raise in San Diego and a train "freak". You'd think I'd know that. LOL

  • sound efects are awsome

  • @tikitan100 Thank you so much for your kind remarks ref: the sound effects. I worked hard looking for some good sounds and the people at the La Mesa Club were incredible!!!! They allowed me to move my camera anywhere I wanted to go - from the front to behind the scenes. I will see if they are as good to me as they were on this trip when I visit my old home town next time in San Diego.

  • Well, perhaps next time I can get "behind the scenes" again and do some filming where I don't have to keep an eye on my nephew. It was a challenge to film different angles and have one eye on him to ensure he doesn't touch anything. Thank you for allowing me to film inside the controlled area!

  • I appreciate your comment. I live in an area where many trains pass through in Northern California - between Reno -Stockton-Sacramento-San Francisco and Oregon. Problem is, some of the engines I film at model railroad clubs don't run on the real rails anymore. F-7's are hard to come by, so I am looking for a website where I can download all kinds of sounds of different engines-cars. The sound I used was from a library on my Mac computer.
