Scopitone girls should come with a warning for today's generation because they just don't make them like that anymore. The shock may be too much: "Warning dangerous curves ahead." Lot's of dangerous curves in Neil Sedaka's "Calendar Girl" especially Miss December. They will always be young and beautiful because of Scopitones, but yeah, your bingo playing, cookie baking grandma was once of one heck of a really hot babe. Everytime she walked down the street numerous accidents would follow.
Cool clip...like the original version of the song (Eugene Church) much more...but can't complain about the pretty girls in the Scopitone...thanks for this one
Why the Hell doesn't Time-Life put together an oldies DVD collection?

The dancing man. Mind = blown. It's as if they're having a partial epileptic seizure.

The "desk girl" in this video, name still sadly unknown, is probably the most beautiful girl in all the U.S. Scopis. I wish these things had credits!

Man, I love his voice. He did a great song on "Where the Action Is" show. I saw it at the Museum of Television but can't find it on Youtube
