@missaryaniii: If u CARE to watch Promise's version until the end, u can see that they use different techniques. Promise Phan uses cream eye-shadow and this lady's eyeseal trick is a must try. See the difference? Like brands in vast variant of waterproof mascara, u-tube gurus might vary. But, do we care more on which comes first than which formula works best on each individual? Both ladies do wonderful job sharing their knowledge. That, alone, deserves a solid token of appreciation.
