Would this technique be good for a person who suffers from migraine headaches? I usually don't have pain with the migraines, just the symptoms. The symptoms are bad enough. For example going almost totally blind. Some scary stuff but I have to deal with it.

Thank you so much for this and you'er other videos. Lots of people including myself find them very helpful. You'er true spirit shines through and you'er love is helping to heal the world. I remember another video of yours wher you ask for suggestions that for videos that people would find helpful. One that would help me a lot (and many others im sure) would be one to help let go of alchol addiction. For myself often anxiety and boredom become predominant emotions without a couple of beers.
