jeez louise, im looking at the complaints and how can birchbox accommodate for them? they don't I guess because its just ridiculous how people don't want this or that because they have it already. Other people might not. So think of ot as a company that has to make all these different people happy. U might not be one of them for a particular month.
So how is brown a fun eyeliner color?? I saw that so many others received the teal or purple. I would prefer black over the brown honestly. The Larabar was okay. Not a fan of the Juicy Couture original perfume. The pomegranate bar soap doesn't smell very good. I think that is all about personal preference though. I am interested in trying the Origins face wash and eye cream. We'll see what happens

I have to admit this months Birchbox definitely redeemed itself from last month. And I dont feel I have a 'Mob mantality" just want what it was advertised to be deluxe samples of beauty products, not energy mix ( which I dont drink) LARBAR candy bar (no good) delicate un-grament detergent, 2 paper coasters (still dont understand what that has to do with beauty. Usually there is one redeeming thing in the birchbox but for 2 months in a row unacceptable. This month DEFINITELY saved my subscrition

If you guys want makeup, try MyGlam. I never subscribed to Birchbox because all they gave out are perfume samples and face creams which I can usually buy at any store -_____-.

I did a sneak peak of my box so happy.. I hope and pray that my search has ended because I stayed in a hotel last year and used a wonderful mint/lavender shampoo that made my hair shine.... So I was happy to see it in my box and I hope this is the shampoo I have spent many hours looking for ya I can't wait...
Dear Birchbox, I liked my January Birchbox however I found the "Witchcraft" brand granola to be highly offensive and religiously insensitive (due to the name). Thanks again for the other products that made this box worth it :D

Hi! I received my first box today. I've been really looking forward to getting it but I have to say I was pretty disappointed..now I know that you can't please everybody and definitely not all the time, it's just impossible..BUT may I suggest that you try to make everyone's introductory box extra special since it's a nice way to say "welcome to Birchbox"...and many people would discontinue if they were as unsatisfied as I was overall, although the eye serum is exciting but not much else.

Depending on this birchbox I might be cancelling my subscription. All I have been getting is foot creams and hair oils and then other random stuff like energy fizzies....really really disapointed....I got my friend on birchbox as well and we are both going to cancel after jan depending on the products because in my opinion these boxes (with the exception of one great box MONTHS ago) have NOT been worth $10. Hmmm after the bullcrap last month with not getting a box that I was really looking forward too and from the looks of what's going to be in this box I think I'm ending my subscription and going with MyGlam I've been pretty disappointed with what I've been getting in my boxes it's always super random stuff from brands I don't even know. I agree with everyone who is tired of getting perfume samples I already have both of those perfumes and I'm kindve upset that I'm getting them instead of a make up item. I really hope that you take that into account and until I personally see improvement in these boxes I am quitting this service.
This is not a makeup only sample subscription. birchbox includes lifestyle samples, healthcare samples, AND makeup samples. If you want JUST makeup, go somewhere else! Please people - READ the website and do your research before you sign up. Love this months samples!

@themakeuploverxoxo I do get perfume samples from Sephora quiet often actually but I choose what I "think" I would like..but when someone else chooses a fragrance for us we have an opportunity to venture out and possibly find a scent we will fall in love with that we may've never tried if left up to us.

And if your skin is in great condition, you won't need much makeup anyway..besides let's face it, we can't wear makeup all the time as much as we'd like to so wouldn't it be nice to have such beautiful skin and bright eyes that we're rarely in fear of "getting caught without our makeup"???

I just got my January Birchbox today. Last month (my first month) I wasn't very impressed but decided to wait it out a couple months and see if it was worth it in the long run. I'm pretty impressed with this one!
So happy with my birchbox just got it today I got the nail polish and the eyeliner the sample purfume is my fav and I'm out so I love my purfume sample the soap I got smells so good can't wait to try this stuff

Kind of disappointed in my birchbox. I keep getting anti aging stuff when even though I'm young... As in under 18. And the concealer I got was a couple shades too dark and it is very orangey :/ Oh well.
I'm a nail polish addict who didn't get the Zoya nail polish last time. With the way my boxes are I won't get it this time and I won't get the Smudge Stick.
I really appreciate that you do these sneak peak videos. I've sub'd and unsub'd from BB a few time bc of the products I was recvg but this month was when I was going to decide whether to keep it or not bc I'm already subd to myglam bag which is more my thing because I love makeup. BB however has given me 1-2 things in each box to look forward to but each month is such a battle to whether I want to keep subbing. I feel that I shouldn't have to feel that way about a subscription. I want to WANT

Hmmm after the bullcrap last month with not getting a box that I was really looking forward too and from the looks of what's going to be in this box I think I'm ending my subscription and going with MyGlam I've been pretty disappointed with what I've been getting in my boxes it's always super random stuff from brands I don't even know. I think until I start seeing videos of people's boxes with awesome stuff in it I need to put birchbox on hold

If y'all want makeup, get MYGLAM. Birchbox even said their company is all about trying every beauty product, from skin to perfume. That was their goal. So, if you want makeup, MYGLAM ALL THE WAY. -3

I agree with everyone who is tired of getting perfume samples I already have both of those perfumes and I'm kindve upset that I'm getting them instead of a make up item. I really hope that you take that into account and until I personally see improvement in these boxes I am quitting this service.

This is not a makeup only sample subscription. birchbox includes lifestyle samples, healthcare samples, AND makeup samples. If you want JUST makeup, go somewhere else! Please people - READ the website and do your research before you sign up. Love this months samples!

@themakeuploverxoxo No way! PLEASE don't listen to this suggestion. Most women loooove getting perfume samples, especially since most quality fragrances are expensive and perfume is something we're not going to buy without having a good sized sample first..so bring on the fragrance samples! :)

@themakeuploverxoxo I do get perfume samples from Sephora quiet often actually but I choose what I "think" I would like..but when someone else chooses a fragrance for us we have an opportunity to venture out and possibly find a scent we will fall in love with that we may've never tried if left up to us.

And if your skin is in great condition, you won't need much makeup anyway..besides let's face it, we can't wear makeup all the time as much as we'd like to so wouldn't it be nice to have such beautiful skin and bright eyes that we're rarely in fear of "getting caught without our makeup"???

Products react differently with everyone's skin so trying out for a few days is really the only way to know if they'll work for you! I just got my January Birchbox today. Last month (my first month) I wasn't very impressed but decided to wait it out a couple months and see if it was worth it in the long run. I'm pretty impressed with this one!

So happy with my birchbox just got it today I got the nail polish and the eyeliner the sample purfume is my fav and I'm out so I love my purfume sample the soap I got smells so good can't wait to try this stuff

Kind of disappointed in my birchbox. I keep getting anti aging stuff when even though I'm young... As in under 18. And the concealer I got was a couple shades too dark and it is very orangey :/ Oh well.

I really appreciate that you do these sneak peak videos. I've sub'd and unsub'd from BB a few time bc of the products I was recvg but this month was when I was going to decide whether to keep it or not bc I'm already subd to myglam bag which is more my thing because I love makeup. BB however has given me 1-2 things in each box to look forward to but each month is such a battle to whether I want to keep subbing. I feel that I shouldn't have to feel that way about a subscription. I want to WANT

Well it said new subscribers will get the Zoya polish & others the smudge stick. Well I've never gotten Zoya & wonder if I'll get it since I'm going on my 4th month. Well hope I get something good this box. I'm allergic to juicy & to most perfumes so I wish I could change that option. Oh well it sounds like a good box.
