Look at Rod in this video..it's 1973...his outsized ego has caused him to strut around on stage like a peacock and ruin the song with an audience sing along. Now go and watch the Faces perform the same song in 1971 on the BBC ...it's on Youtube....and he is far more understated. That's why the band broke up....Rod's ego.

This is such a good performance sound wise; almost exactly like the record, I wouldn't be surprised if the main part wasn't lyp-synched. You can see and in some of the lyrics that Rod misses some of the (small) phrases. I wonder...............

Wood had a real purpose when he played with Rod. Think of it: A Nod's As Good As a Wink just about matches Sticky Fingers, Every Picture is the equal of Exile, and Ooh La La sure beats Goat's Head. But after Lane left, his Slim Chance was making better records than either Rod or the Stones at the time. Woodie does do some fierce slide on Bigger Bang,.
