I have been using an X1 for a year and my X1 fell in in water and got damaged, later bought an X10 mini, which is similar to the X10. I find the handset boring and dull.

X1 was a masterpiece and it had a total 13 buttons on the front where as the x10 has only 3. Makes a huge diference

I did some research and only major difference that x2 uses windows mobile and it has qwerty keyboard, and x10 is android and doesn't have qwerty keyboard.

I actually like this one much more than the Xperia X10, from what I've seen of the two.

I think that it's just the QWERTY keyboard that gets me. I'm not a big fan of on-screen keyboards.

personally I'd take the HD2, bigger screen, faster over all, better kinetic scrolling and such. I think text entry is not a problem even without the hardware keyboard on the hd2 since it has such a big screen that the letters would not be too small to press.
