@cornflake323 Hey I was able to, and I'm getting my hair layered and fringed like this guy does again, I have really curly hair myself, but having curly hair, it might take much longer to do than if you have straight hair and you might have to put your hair in sections with like clips of some sort and take your time with it, but it is definitely possible to get your hair like that if you go to a good hair salon, they will tell you what to do. Hope that helps!
