I'm a huge TV addict and follow over twenty five TV series dramas, sitcoms, etc (lol I have no life) and Lost is my absolute favorite. No other show has ever made me feel so strongly towards its characters. Everything about it is just phenomenal.

@raul1794 If you thought anything past Heroes Season 1 was good, then you're eyes will be opened to what good television can actually be (even if you don't notice the depth and layering in the show). If you didn't don't worry, Lost Season 1 is arguably one of the best seasons of any show ever made and easily trumps Heroes Season 1

@RyanGrant9400 well i did like season 2 and somewhat 3. 4 not so much. i started to watch lost im in episode 12 right now and i still think heroes is a bit bvetter is just my opinion i like more superhpowers but lost is cool. One question have u seen Fringe and if u have what u think about it im thinking on watching it as well.

@raul1794 Fringe season 1 was pretty good with the cop procedural idea. Supernatural also follow that (tends to be more supernatural though), but the overarching story in Fringe was horrible imo. It goes into parallel universes and just ends up being really bad, but sci fi geeks seem to love it...for a strange reason. Meh.

Lost is considered excellent TV cause unlike Heroes, all the characters are built in an excellent fashion and grow, but it's layered and intelligent also.

@raul1794 I love dexter, but it's for a select audience. It's creepy, and gory. I think the plot is really good in Seasons 1, 2, and 4, and it does a wonderful job creating this creepy serial killer type person. You have to give it a try, because I personally thought I wouldn't like it, but I fell in love with it. Others simply don't like the premise. It's a great show though.

I remember seeing this on TV way back in 2004. Boy I had no idea what a great show Lost was going to be. I tuned in to the pilot and it was the greatest thing ever. 6 years later, I'm so sad the show is gone!

I just watched the two-part pilot for the first time and it was quite possibly the greatest pilot I have ever seen in my life!

I remember seeing the trailers for season 1 on channel 4 around 5 years ago, and thinking.. 'hmmm... this series looks good,' but i never watched it. Recently though, I just started watching on DVD and I am absolutely HOOKED! It's the best series I have ever watched!

I've also just started watching it (I'm on Season 3) The show has literally changed my view on life and death, and because death has been surrounding me a lot this past year, this show has helped through VERY hard times. Thank you J.J. Abrams for creating this masterpiece of a show and for helping me. R.I.P. Jarrica Rose-whos wedding would've been today, if it wasn't for that tragic accident on December 15, 2009. We love and miss you :(

@theevilfish Thanks, I KNOW things will change for the good :) I really like season 3 also, but I think my favorite out of the 3 so far, has got to be season 1. I personally think the things that happened in season 1 were so uplifting (Locke being able to walk again, etc.) and the episode "Walkabout" was really emotional for me. Although I think each episode is amazing, and I haven't come across a boring episode yet :)

i loved the pilot episode - it really gave a sense of mystery, and the way it was done was amazing.

'Walkabout' was a brilliant episode too - increased the mystery of the island too. and it was pretty emotional.

season 1 was the best. i loved the whole plane crash - survive in a tropical island theme. simple dangerous and fun. now it got too complicated. sci fi, fantasy. i still watch lost and get excited each episode but it was so amazing back then. i remember bringing one friend each day introducing the show and watching the same first episodes with them over and over :D

i hope the makers grow and make even better and fun shows when lost ends.

@kznck I completely agree with you! It did get VERY complicated (and I'm only on season 3 right now!) but the beginning (season 1)I'm assuming will be my favorite part also. I loved the scenario with the plane crash, and everyone getting to know each other, and the mysterious sounds and 'creatures' that no one knew anything about. Pure mystery and drama. And suspense mixed in also! There was also a ton of emotion especially in "Walkabout" and obviously the very first episode(s).

I think the reason LOST was a great series is because of how it introduced every character and we knew why they took the actions they did. (e.g. why Sawyer was such an ass, why Jack feels like he needs to protect everyone, why Locke believes in destiny and the magic of life)

They are all great actors and hopefully their'll be other TV Series as good as LOST.

This is a really great show but you have to really pay attention and you can't miss an episode other wise it gets really confusing.

Oh man I've never seen this trailer. It captures the LOST feeling better than any others, and it's a great reminder of what the show was.
