  • roam control app for android helps you to stay on roaming as long as u want. rack up on your roaming minutes and the'll terminate ur contract within a month hope that helps its better then moving i say lol. call up and tell them ur reception is horrible. tell them u dont have any internet connection at ur house or they will give u a device called airave on sprint.

  • I tryin to get out of t-mobile.I got another 13 months til my contract is up but I tryin to get out of it..I hope i can get ma shit right

  • Well at least shes hott..

  • I have moved and now I have no service.

Tough luck on T-Mobile I am still on the hook or pay

the termination fee! What a deal. If I downgrade my

service it extends my contract for 2 years.

They said they no longer honor the out of service because

    of a move.

  • that was funny but obvious HALLELUJAH!

  • Boost Moble or any of the other discount carriers. Unless you are a smart phone fag. Then your just fucked, which is the way fags like it if I'm not mistaken.

  • you can transfer your contract into someone elses name. I paid a random stranger $100 (craigslist add) to take over my AT&T contract. Saved me from the $275 termination fee

  • BETTER YET, cancel your auto-payment subscription, then cancel their service, and when they bring up their inflated 'early cancelation' fee, tell them where they can stick it.

Then when they send a third party debt collector calling, have fun with them, till they violate FDCPA and FCC laws, and take them to small claims court. They usually can't afford to appear, so you win $1000 by default, cleared yourself from the contract, and feel good because you STUCK IT TO THEM.

  • go to cell phone providers corporate office take your phone and smash it in the face of the CEO consider your self relieved of your contract.

  • @Security98 BUT, make sure you have another phone videotaping it when you do, so you can put it on YouTube and share it with the rest of us! hahaha

  • move? wtf? thats expensive! NOT FREE!

  • Step 1) detonate explosives at your nearest cell phone tower.

Step 2) call cell phone company and tell them you live in a blackout area

  • So I hav to move to get out of paying for dismissing my contract?

  • If you really want out of your cellphone contract for free? find a friend in the military.. scan there orders to anywhere. replace there info with yours. black out where your social would me and walk in and be prepared to be stern then throw out the term USSERA and JAG few times if they wont let you out free. dont let them keep "your orders". make em say youre deployig tom somewhere out of the country . youll pay your bill and be done with em.

  • I have never been able to grasp the whole concept of cell phone contracts in the first place. With land line phones, you don't have to go through that whole contract crap. So, why should one have to go through that whole contract crap with cell phones? Why should cell phones be different? I think that whole contract concept is very very Jewish! Wern't they told six million times already that their crap won't be put up with any longer?

  • i just canceled my phone and the provider wants 800 bucks fuck them i only canceled because they are a fuckin rip off FUCK YOU FIDO

  • So, I'm supposed to spend over $1,000 to avoid paying a $150 cancellation fee? I'm pretty sure houses cost over $150-$250.

  • I'm going to move to get out of a contract and get my phone taken away, ya dikhead..

  • i just want an iphone 4 without contract

  • @gagagaaj yh lolol

  • @gagagaaj ebay

  • time to move lol fuck u

  • If I try and cancel right now it will cost me $480 or so plus tax. If it was $150 I'd cancel right bloody now!

  • shed get it in the clunge

  • I know somthing easier- PAY THE FREAKING BILL

  • Run for your life; it's Howcast.

  • im going to give my sidekick lx for free to whoever takes my contract

  • just pay the damn no commitment price and get a pay as you go plan

  • k i was just worried cuz koodo has crapy phones and i want etheir an iphone or teh lg xenon

  • if you want to get free phones click on my name, and you will enter to my profile

and click on the video ´´how to get free phones´

  • I just stopped paying the bill and let them cut me off. Just like that. I've also been checking my credit and they haven't effected it at all.

  • @guboy1 lol, your credit will get hit eventually. Bad idea if you care about your credit. If not, great idea!

  • lol, just move to get out of your contract...the video was going well until then. It should tell you how to fake a move well enough to convince them the cancel your contract without fees.

  • You made a lot of good points here

  • well, what help is this? no one wants my shitty ass phone network, that's the point!

  • Lucky shit Id have to pay out 800$ to end my fucking contract and i only have a year left fml

  • bullshit, early termination fees are 400 dollars with my cell phone company (30 bucks a month 400 max) and you cant even upgrade your phone! Ive had this stupid phone for 2 years...and i have 6 months left until i can upgrade.......ffs i cant even upgrade its just ridiculous. Its a freaking motorola krzr

    Screw mts allstream...

  • Yeah, I'm going to drive all the way to where its a 'roaming charge' just to get out of a contract, or move just to get out of it. Give me a break!

  • How can one person get out of a family plan free?

  • simply take your phone out of the plan.

  • why the hell would any one move just to terminate their cell phone plan?..FAIL

  • @cutie19968 um u can stay with someone or have ur mail go to their address and tell the cell company u moved, it worked for me, i had my mail go to her address for a month, i had to do it tmobile was going to charge me $200 to cancel a plan and i wanted my droid

  • yah... instead of paying $150 why not buy a house in a horrible area for $50,000?

  • they good lol

  • yes ill move house so i can terminate my cell plan yes

  • Lie.Tell them you moved. That is what me and my mom did. They did it. Lieing isnt the best butT-Mobile screwed us over way to many times.

  • @Chris279m lol yea i told them i moved and i had my mail go to my sis house, tmobile use to screw me over so many ways

  • Do not go to Verizon! Their cell phone plans are fuckin highway robbery!

  • Ive had at&t in the past and I thought they were expensive until I compared them to t-mobile and verizon, they force u to get on top of the regular plan an unlimited data plan on all sidekicks and blackberry phones which I think is unfair, at&t has the same policy but they have better phones and more affordable plans. btw t-mobile prepaid service SUCKS ASS! It is the worst there is. Verizon dont even bother unless ur filthy rich.

  • Yeah, I'm going to move to a "Blackout" area just to save $150... not.

  • go to this page and see how to get free phones

  • um... saying "steps", you should be saying "options".

  • I have an Eos! I love VW Eos! Great job Howcast! Include more Eos!!!

  • When you have free minutes (weekends/evenings), call and leave the line connected for hours on end. They'll have you for it

  • i want to make bebbies w u

  • That video is stupid. Yeah use half your minutes while roaming. You only get a big ass roaming fee. How much is it per minute for calls while roaming. 25 cents.

  • That's only for when the provider pays for the roaming time, Rcota91. You paying for roaming time does not cost the provider anything, when the provider is not paying for the roaming time.

  • Yea for Vdubs!

  • yes because im going to move out of my house to a place (probably in downtown) where theres no service and ill most likely get shot just to have a chance at getting out of my contract...

  • the song at 1:08-2:02 sounds like rockaway beach-ramones

  • i'm on virgin mobile, and i sent my phone in to get fixed in january, 6 months later, i still havent gotten it back, my moms cancelling my plan if its not here in 3-5 days, which it wont be.

  • Your still paying the plan even though you don't have your phone and not using it. What a dumb ass.

  • we had a two year contract with t-mobile all we did was call and say our phones have bad reception at home and they canceled

  • I could use that... and it's true, too. Even after they allegedly added a new tower in our area to fix it.

  • I'm gettin' my first one this summer!!

  • i have virgin mobile its very cheap

  • virgin mobile is 10 dollars a month for every month your not using, that can really go up if your on a three year contract.

  • Hey what if your phone is broken then could you get out of fees? Or maybe upgrading? If you wanted to upgrade couldn't you get out of that for free? Help!!!!

  • If you really want to get out of the signal range, "Visit relatives" in another country

  • ah, I hate AT&T. They charge you for EVERYTHING. It makes me so mad. I only have to keep my phone for about another month though. Then I'm getting me a new plan!

  • your so lucky you have att i wish i had them so i could get an iphone.

  • just unlock it for whatever network your on

  • why do you have to cancle a contract, you can just get a new service provider.

  • where do you live? if you are outsde of america, then you need to sign a contract for a particular phone. like iphone and AT&T. but in malaysia just take out your SIM card and throw it on the ground. they will terminate you within the next month

  • same like in indonesia, you hate it, you throw it. many people even use prepaid card and chage the number 3 times a month. what an idiot

  • You can simply say that you are moving out of your country for at least 1 year or for ever and if they dont want to release your contract they can never be payed. It works I did it twice ;)

  • mine was 900 bucks. Fucken Fido sucks monkey choda

  • why whould you move houses for somthing this small?

  • i know right

  • Move? Really, I should incur all of the costs of moving to get out of a $150 termination fee?

I know, they're just trying to give me options, but seriously... that's really stretching it.

  • I think they bring it up in case you're looking at options in a move, and one place happens to be a blackout area.

I love the roaming clause one.

  • IDIOT

  • Comment removed

  • You.

    Are.

    Awesome.

  • wtf is too much information!!!!!

  • RETARD

  • it works asshole why would it have 5 stars and everyone say it work your the retard you wouldnt get your motherfucking ass cussed out all you fucking have to say is it doesnt work for me not be mean you asshole

    (@aodessey)

  • RETARD RETARD

  • fuck my dick

  • too much wrk for just that...

  • pre paid phones are SO much easier to control. They're great, i even have free nights and weekends and unlimited texts!

  • You're lucky. Which one did you go with? Gophone?

I have a tracphone and it sucks. The minutes are expensive, no free nights and weekends and no free texts.

    Dont ever get a tracphone.

  • @NYGuy207 I use tracphone and it has great phones too.

  • T-MOBILE sucks!! with signal!

  • it all really depends on where you are. i have a sidekick 2 with T-mobile and i almost never have signal issues and when i do i am usually extremely far away where most phones don't work anyways.

  • Ive had horrible experiences with T mobile and their customer service.

  • yep, im trying to get out of my tmobile contract. ive got a sidekick slide and have service problems

  • I used to work for T-Mobile, and unless they've changed the policies since I've been there, they should waive the Early Termination Fee due to consistent service problems.

  • good video

  • lol il move 2 a blackout area then

  • You also forgot to mention... U will still have to pay for the high overage min. bill and Ure credit will be ruined

  • o ya im just gonna move

  • repeatedly call them and be unbelieveably vulgar and offensive, racist even, constantly call

you will be removed from the service ;]

  • be so cheap that you "pretend" to be racist, right?

  • theres actually an quicker way to get out of an cell phone agreement but you'll need someone whos tight wit hyou at the place of the phone company

  • It cost more 2 fucking move than 2 pay 4 the fucking thing! And why the fuck would u waste gas. BE SUSTAINAFUCKINBLE!

  • sustainafuckinable? i think you made taht word up. haha!

  • hahahah listen to sustainafuckinable in audio preview. thats sweet.

  • ...ill just move to bumblef#@k where my cell phone doesn't work...moving my family would so be worth not paying a $175 early termination fee.

  • Now i won't somebody to prove to me that Howcast is not being deviant on this video. Like the Halloween video.

  • easier just for me to pay the $175 if i wanted to get out of my contract.

  • ok, its not that easy to just move to another house

  • my greatest cell-phone contract related moment was when i was going to spend a year abroad... but couldn't cancel my contract for free cuz technically it was in my dad's name. so we went to verizon and i didn't mention moving; just asked to have it switched to my name. after the guy finished, he goes "is there anything else?" and i go "yeah, i'm moving to europe, so, i need to cancel the plan." Showed him my work visa in my passport, and that that was that. we walked out laughing.

  • Okay so all I need to do is buy a new house to get out of paying 100-200 bucks...sounds reasonable!!

  • lol yeah a 200K+ house is easier to pay for

  • i have at&t n i want 2 change phones but i cant i have to stay with the 1 for 2 years thats just stupid

  • I have verizon, and i find them expensive, and the phones are pathetic cause you pay full price for them but their true potential are "locked down." I have to hack my chocolate, and do things that would be impossible otherwise. What do you like/dislike about at&t?? :D

  • wouldnt it be more expensive to move than cancel your contract??

  • But if you were already moving and wanted to cancel your plan as it would not work there, its better to know you can do it for free instead of being charged for canceling.

  • Most of the time if you say the person has passed away, who the owner of the cell or the most likely user, they will terminate it with no costs and no needed proof.

  • Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't lying wrong? It sure was when I was growing up. If you have no problem with lying about someone dying, then I hope I never do business with your type.

  • i know right

  • ummmmmmmmmmmmmm who would sell there house and move to change phones O_o

  • you don't have to really move.you just need an address changed

  • Wow! What a good idea! Move... to get out of a cell-phone plan. Nice tip (sarcasm showing).

  • for me verizon screwed me over with like a five year contract and said its gonna cost me $500 to get out =(

  • a 5 year contract?!?!?!

  • see and people laugh at me for using pre paid minutes..

  • lol...pre paid

  • Hahaha! Me, too! *high five*

  • It would be so much easier to pay to fee to get out early than to put up with a carrier you don't like.

  • It cost more to move then fucking pay $300

  • The girl is hot.

  • I agree .

  • This all sounds more complicated & expensive than taking a hit & paying a cancellation fee.

  • Eh. early termination for my alltel Plan was about 300 bucks.

    lol.

    sucked.

    5/5

  • fucking big corporate fat cats aren't they?

we here never heard of any termination fees before. all we do is stop using it and they'll just deactivate us. my phone bill is as low as 15 to 30 bucks per month on average to heavy use.

  • Indeed.

I switched to T-mobil, and got a Blackberry instead of that stupid razor.

the plan they have is Much cheaper, and Hopefully wont have to opt out of the contract like i did with those asses at alltel.

any cell Plan myself and My parents have Had, have termination fees.

    it's rediculous.

  • you know, here in malaysia, u can get out off your contract by just breaking the sim and its totally legal and free

  • 7th

  • why would you move, take all the time to pack get a truck move the boxes and furniture, get in the new house,un pack all just for a termination for ur contract?

  • 5th

  • Wow 35 views
