I think we all know the flip side to hospital waiting times, like people been discharged earlier than they should, or patients been treated in broom cupboards, toilets, and corridors, all so the hospital can still take admissions and meet labour targets. Speed camera's have replaced real police on our roads, so has CCTV, and to say they have had the desired effect is very debatable indeed. Better policing? Have you seen the stats on actual police patrol times, verses paper work?
