Well yes, idiots like this cause accidents, but they are not the only ones to blame for fatalities. There are a lot of people who can't pay attention while they are driving and cause more accidents than people like Mike. Some people see guys like this behind them and panic. Let them go, like all the other drivers did. A few miles down the road wave and smile when you go by.

@eltiburon01 Never been on the Track ! To Quote Mike, "Going to the track,ruins your riding Skills" He boasts about "being the fastest on Ortega Hwy', That is part of his delusions of grandeur. If you get behind him, Stay Back! he has been known to suddenly hit the brakes. On one occasion, the rider behind clipped the rear of his bike and almost crashed! As of this posting he is broke,deeply in debt ,so he probably will never be a danger on Ortega Hwy again!

@eltiburon01 I knew Mike Hubert The morning he crashed, I came upon the crash scene on my way to the lookout. his body was covered with a yellow tarp and his left hand was sticking out. The crash was caused by a rear suspension part that Mike made himself out of aluminum that failed causing the rear wheel to contact the rear inner fender.

@MCTeck Actually, he re-used a set of linkage plates from the original CBR900R he had crashed before, but it seems there was a crack in it in one of the holes. I came up on the accident as the front wheel was still turning... I have a feeling you and I might know each other.
