  • Game was crap yes, but music was retardedly good. And after all, there was much of cases like this on amiga. Mediocre or crappy game with an epic soundtrack. But of course there was games that just simply shined in every area. Amiga will be in my heart forever and all these tunes are burned to my ears as they occasionally come to haunt me....

  • very first!!! TEAM17 game!!!!

    fantastic!!!

  • loved this so much... the intro mostly :)

  • The Intro and Music on this made your jaw drop 10 feet down back then at the time it was released

  • At 0:53 my skin shaked massive !!!! this intro was easy the most memorable of all times ...pc...snes....genesis...no one could stand anywhere near the amiga !!!! Holy shit i miss these days sooo much !

  • shadow van damme in kickboxer training film1:33

  • I remember buying this game and finding it totally tedious. nice music tho.

  • RICO.....you freakin jedi mind tricks...........I love amsterdam tricks...

  • Allister Brimble made soem great tunes for t17 on the Amiga

  • played this yesterday. not emulated! whdload+indivision.. :)

  • game intro was loads better than thegame itself

  • Awesome music. This one can be listened to over and over and oveerrrr again. Damn. Sounds amazingly good for such an old format.

    /s

  • im gonna need some new underpants..

  • Amiga was magic, so was the music \o/

  • the amiga sound was aweesoome

  • i wanna gooo baaaaaaaaack , any one has a timemachine ????????????

  • thanks a lot, wonderfull music from My old Friend Amiga, Vive l'Amiga !!!!

  • they make this stuff anymore. Pure magic.

  • Goosebumps! I loved the game, the music, the mood!

    Amiga & Team (1)7 FTW :)

  • Haven't seen this intro since, mhm, ich don't know :D But it's STILL awesome!

  • OMG so good to hear this... so many hours of joy... so good quality...

  • I was record this song on a cassette to play on my radio... great moments, great AMIGA. thanks

  • same here .... hahahaha!

  • @ThapLEy

And I bet you felt like Karate Kid! =)

    Greetings from Hamburg, Germany...

  • So cool! I remember that... very early nineties. I was 17 or so and hacking a little bit in the demo/cracktro scene. Really good days... Thanks Team17 :-)

  • @jeanlutrin You're right my friend, and the name of the movie is KickBoxer!

  • When I first saw that silhoetted figure when I was 12 years old. As it first came out, I was so dumbstruck. So beautiful. The kata looked so realistic and the music made it quite a surreal experience.

  • Yeah I was about the same age, perhaps a little older (14-15). Me and my buddy used to just have this song on repeat and sit around and talk about whatever. Good times :)

  • That silhouette is actually van Damme, from an movie of the early nineties. Dont remember the title, he was trained by an asian master to fight Tong Po, the thai champion, who broke his brothers back.

  • @xMelvinSmileyx it was kickboxer and your right it is him.

  • The sequence from at 0:53 to 1:20 still gets me every time, some 20 years later... amazing what music can do to you. Thanks a lot for this.

  • Yeah man. Have you heard Daxx's remix of this. IF this got you then his remix will get you even more...faithful but modern... : )

  • Just found it after reading your comment. I like it, but I guess I'm a bit of a fanatic, since nothing compares to the original, for me atleast. Like I wrote in that other comment, 0:53 to 1:20 is so freaking awesome and no remixes seem to be able to grasp that moment.

  • Thanks Amiga for all you gave me!! Thank you, Thank you!!

  • @gabrielirlanda so many memories :)

  • sounds like a cross between IK+ and shadow of ther beast

  • Yeah, you´re right ^^

  • Yea that was the first thought in my head too. So it's gotta be true. :-)

  • oh my god

ny favorite game on amiga when i was kid thank

thake you so much for this video

  • As a kid i hated to fight against the dog, ´cause i liked these animals.

  • I loved that music when I played Full Contact as a kid, and I still love it :).

  • nice

  • One of the best tunes in Amiga from Allister Brimble.

  • I remember buying this game before I even had an Amiga. I saw this intro and had to buy it. Shame the game was absolute shite.

  • My childhood.

  • Quite right. But Andreas Tadic, Pete Tuleby and Rico Holmes were calling themselves Team 7 back then... This version was stolen and spread before the official release as team17.

Are there any differences in this version and the official one apart from this?

  • i actually have this piece in .mod format on my pc and im playing it in winamp. loved it ever since i was 11 or so. allister brimble - absolute craftsman. love his tunes in amiga's cannon fodder, too.

  • Brimble did the music for the Meagadrive version of Cannon Fodder. The Amiga originals were penned by the late Richard Joseph.

  • Music is awesome, brings back sooo much memories since childhood. Loved the game aswell. (its still fun to :)

  • What a game. For a real trip down memory lane search for the 100 Amiga games in 10 minutes! Makes me feel 10 years old again!

  • At 1:05 when the music changes... that always did take my heart away. Used to listen to this tune for hours on end - oh man, awesomeness.

  • I always loved the music from Full Contact. And I still do.

  • MAMMA MIA CHE RICORDI!!!!

  • Amiga music rocked back then and it still does! This brings back great memories... though I never beat Full Contact. I'm gonna try again someday.

  • Team 7's only game i believe before merging with 17bit software

  • 'fraid not. There has never been a "Team 7" company, any Full Contact games with "Team 7" as the intro were a rip off pirate copy, the original was released by the proper team of "Team 17"

  • Allister Brimble, amazing composer!!

Shadow of the beast, Xenon 2. games today just dont have the same quality and art

  • haha! brings back sweet memories, i always got stuck on the big dog.

these days games don't hold as much magic cos they're all too easy.

  • I'll never forget being blown away by this game when it first came out, it was a budget game and the quality was unsurpassed...used to watch the shadow for ages!

  • Fabulous intro to a brilliant game, I remember ripping the music and playing it through Protracker for hours.......HAPPY DAYS!!!

  • Great value at the time I paid £9.99 brand new from a high street retailer when most new games were around £20

  • yes....great

Digitalized Van Damme...take from "Kickboxer III"

    Nice animation..

i love it in the early 90´s

  • I always loved this intro song....haven´t heard it and seen the game for almost 15 years

  • Fantastic game, such great memories as a 10 or so year old playing this and watching my brother who was even better at the game beating the likes of Tong Lo, Thomas the Dog and the Ninja!

  • Thomas! I knew the dog had a name. The novelty of fighting a dog never wore off. Low kick low kick low kick, he was relentless!

I remember feeling bad when I'd finally beaten him, he was only prtoecting his master. I was also about 10.
