Actually, proof that this is 2 different camera shot at completely different time is the dude between Obama and Medvedev at the end of the video...Where was he before the image jumped? And look at how far the flag is when they were actually right by it when Obama first extended his hand.

Camera illusion. If you take the 2 camera feeds separately, they don't connect. Not only it's not a continuous camera feed (image jumps when they switch camera), but it's also not continuous in time. Medvedev is way behind then all of a sudden he's shaking somebody's hand...I saw a picture on another site, and Obama is clearly introducing members of the American delagation to Medvedev. False Alert!

Good vid --- Also, I agree about the volume.  Your intro and ending are INCREDIBLY loud. I think they heard it in China (I'm in Oklahoma). :)

The intro and exit music is much louder than your voice-over here - not the first time this has happened. Interesting about the handshake snub.
