This must be unique to the JAP version of Brawl because I tried this with item swap hotheads>golden hammers and infinite party balls turned on and the golden hammers acted normal, their bases weren't underground and I couldn't throw them. What codes did you have on in this video? Do you know why the golden hammers acted like that?

It's not a code,The Golden Hammer work Normally on PAL version (Maybe on USA too)

It's work only in JAP version and I don't know why

It is not an exclusive, Phantom Wings had made a code before the normal item swap that swapped the items' "animation" I would say.
