  • Cheese and other milk produckts as wel as wheat produckts are like glue and clog the intestine.

    The best time to take the main meal is in the afternoon according to ayurveda because the digestive fire is at is peak between 12,00 and 14.00 o clock.

    So in the morning and evening keep it light with the food.

  • Late comment. Ironically my (not too big) experience is that RAW milk cheese (like Brie de Meaux) is more addictive than the ordianry, more processed, plastic tasting cheese.

  • My job is stressful due to the fact that my life unfortunately revolves around it. I don't have time to exercise and I know I'd feel so much better and shave off that bit of extra mass if I exercised for an hour a day.

  • I'm a cheese freak and admit it. Is there a CEA? (Cheese eaters anonymous) Get a piece of fresh important provolone cheese, then eat a piece. If you can stop, you're a better man than I am...LOL. Thanks for the advice. I plan to stop the cheese bit and get with the juicing.

  • Its been over 50days now & I really cant say I have lost much weight although I must admit I do not exercise very much every 4 or 5 days I get out & work up a sweat more than before but not enough to loos weight. Cant nock what I have achieved but at the same time what I really need, hmmm wont is to loos weight. Anyway good luck to you all.

  • I dont know how I did it, I guess I was just ready to change my life. Over night I went raw, I had a cooked meal hear & there one or twice a week but that was it, but hears the thing, two too three week I stoped smoking after 18 years I stoped, overnight stopped pain killers, I popped more than 100 every 5-6 days, cheese gone over night, bread the food I would eat when I had no food to eat, I love bread stoped over night.

  • I was 100% raw and drank green smoothies every morning for six months, and I gained weigh. Now, I just eat whatever I want, as long as it's organic and unprocessed, including the occasional raw goat cheese, and it seems to be working out better for me. I guess not everyone is cut out for the raw vegan thing.

  • I think excess calories keep you and get you fatter. Anything you eat can make you fat even if it's good for you, the key is watching your calories and make sure you are causing a deficit and you'll lose weight.

  • I agree with you more calories than you burn will still equal weight gain but I mean milk makes you fat it is what milk was designed for and cow milk was designed for baby cows not human beings cow milk allows a baby cow to get up to 2000lbs within one year. As a studying dietitian I more enveloped in all of this but I would still consider this common sense. Thats why you have skim milk and fat free milk but these milks are not natural milk was meant to drunk raw. And fattens you up

  • I think he meant more specifically for raw foodists because some still eat raw cheese. And about the comment where you said it's because people don't watch their calories, that's part of it but it's not all about calories in vs calories out. Food has a lot more in it than calories. For example if you ate 1000 calories in oreos or 1000 calories in apples. The sugar, fat, and whatever other additives in the oreos would cause weight gain whereas the apples probably wouldn't, if that makes sense.

    2 I agree. Wage slavery makes this difficult (ties in to #3). A good way to combat eating until bed is to choose foods that digest easily in the evening.

    5 - I know which foods are bad, but "To know and not to do, is not to know." Sometimes I eat bad food and realize quickly why I shouldn't be eating the stuff. Over time the bad food isn't even appetizing because of these experiences. It takes patience.

  • Cut any over stimulating foods like coffee or even green tea and either eat foods high in magnesium or take a magnesium supplement.

  • i have to agree 100% with you on the cheese to Kevin! i was drinking organic grass-fed raw milk and eating raw cheese and it made me severly constipated .. this was about a month or so ago as well.. since then ive adopted a healthy high raw vegan diet and ive totally eradicated the constipation for once in my life!! oh and my skin is so smooth and clear than it ever has been in my life.. but cheese is definately stimulating for sure.. u eat some and u wanna eat the whole block.. i sure did! lol

  • good video Kevin! :-) i would have to say #5 would be my downfall.. sometimes i will eat extremely healthy and then ill blow it by eating something bad.. but for the last few weeks I have only been eating extremely healthy!! a high raw diet with lots of green leafy vegetables and fruit!! and ive been taking lots of green superfoods.. goji berries.. goldenberries.. mulberries.. i could definately excerise more for sure!!
