Do you know why? because 1/3 of Greek army transfered to Constantinople in order to attack from there but the Great Powers put veto that if Greek army attack Constantinople they would counter-attack. They didnt wanted a Big Greece back then.Its obvious. The war bacame too wastefull and Greek army started to loose its flexibility,morale,armament and supplies. So it was 50/50. Greek Army without support from nowhere should fall back in Smyrna and make bunkers or march for final victory against Ankara..

μου αποδικνείουν ότι η συναλλαγή των όπλων είχε ένα σχεδόν ανύπαρκτο αποτέλεσμα στο πόλεμο. Έκτον, έστω ότι κερδίζαμε. Που πας ρε καραμήτρο; Εδώ γινόντουσαν εξεργέσεις απ'τους τούρκους σε περιοχές με 80% Ελληνική παρουσία. Βασικά αυτό που θέλω να σου αποδείξω είναι ότι οι Ρώσσοι δεν βοήθησαν τους Τούρκους έτσι ώστε να αλλάξει η έκβαση του πολέμου. Δεύτερον, εγώ πάντα κάνω διαχωρισμό ανάμεσα σε λαό μιας χώρας και κυβέρνηση/σύστημα μιας χώρας. They didnt wanted a Big Greece back then.Its obvious. The war bacame too wastefull and Greek army started to loose its flexibility,morale,armament and supplies. So it was 50/50. Greek Army without support from nowhere should fall back in Smyrna and make bunkers or march for final victory against Ankara..

They tried to fight them but decided it wasn't worth the cost. The Russians hoped to draw the Turks to Bolshevism. That's politics. He was a teacher in Tirana but came to England to work as a painter and to give his family a better life. I have never seen a more honourable and hard working man. Now , people in Greece dont have dispute with u and we dont feel against u. Several Greek companies act in FYROM and everyone is happy. I understand your need to have a history even more to be proud about, but pls look into the past in the correct direction. Your language is Slavic and has no connection to the ancient Macedonian that was the same like in Athens, Sparta , South Italy, Efessos etc. Slaves came to the region thousands of years later.They are wellcome but counterfitting

Listen m8: You have no connection to Ancient Macedonians since they were a Greek city state as all in the past. The meaning of "nation" is a recent (250y.o) thing. Yes, u occupy a piece of the land that in the past belonged to Macedonians but that doesnt make u one, at least not more than if the Turks claim that the are Byzantines cause the conquered Kostantinupoli. Now the story is that Tito named a Yugoslavian province "Macedonia" in order to claim (if possible) Thessaloniki
