  • The Scotsman's accent is excellent– as is the way he makes this cocktail. Brilliant!

  • no sugar in it!!!!!! far awayyyyy

  • that is a patent shake sir, very good form.

  • He must be Scottish man

  • I want the sugar.

  • how much is in a boston glass?

  • Classic? Only if you leave out the sugar.

  • The original recipe called for equal parts cognac, cointreau and lemon juice. I prefer it this way but great video!

  • Leave out the sugar. There is no need for it.

  • by far the best sidecar recipe video on youtube

  • @neilsabo there are better ones

  • i love those drinks :(

  • very nice mixing technique buddy! I'd hire you as my bartender

  • Too sweet for my tastes; I would leave out the extra sugar syrup.

One of the other Side-car recipes I am partial to is the sugar-frosted version, which requires the drink itself to be a little bit more sour.

If a cocktail is too sweet it masks most of the flavour; And for my money I want the best taste.

  • i love it man, you are very professional, how long have you been doin' bartending?

  • 5 Stars! Mr. Gemmell is one of the top three mixologists here on YouTube. Far too few videos though... :-)

  • Finally, some more excellent cocktail footage!

  • it helps my bartending class!!!

    tnx!!

  • gooooood !!!!
