Sunadomari Sensei was one of the very few uchi deshi of the Founder to really attempt to understand Aikido in the manner the Founder, himself, did. He was an Omotokyo follower as the Founder was so his spiritual practice close to the Founder's. This is a very good example of Aikido as spiritual practice. It's not about fighting.
