i like how she covered this song. the origional is so much more obscure and awesome sounding though yeah but out of anyone to cover this as a female i think G.S. is awesome and like nuwaved out and punk rock to find the obscurity of this song to even be cool. and she is so amazingly hot actually unlike alot of other "celebs" i guess you could call GS one now even though shes still awesome.

I like both these groups, but I'm surprised they didn't do more with this remake. It's pretty straightforward; doesn't have any 'signature' sounds to it. The original had the ebbing and flowing synths, the drum thing before the chorus, the animal noises (or whatever they were--they sounded cool in the original but I don't blame No Doubt for leaving them out). This version is nice, but it just sounds like drum machine, noise, and Stefani. Didn't even get the ascending bass line quite right.
