  • Okay I need to get me one of those

  • How sturdy is the snap together, would you reccomend glue just in case?

  • @Silverpandablood U could glue it but their might be some poses u cant do..

  • SHINY

  • Edward Cullen loses to Exia Trans am when it comes to sparkle. XD

Man, these model kits have greatly improved from way back..."complex" joints and stuff...more poses! .....and more sparkle!

  • this is the first exia version, correct? not the repair version?

  • @xxvelgaxx no ... the first exia is the blue one and the repare is after that

  • These kits are so awesome!

  • never liked stickers...I wish all stickers were parts, lol

  • Dayum! Finished it in 16 minute, It takes me AGES to do models...

  • @Devine5496

But remember, he had the parts prepped and ready for this videos purpose, it must have taking him ages to to cut the parts out and prepare them. also don't forget about the editing too, he also got rid of unnecessary bits of this build video which makes the video shorter in a way, so this video could have possibly been 30 minutes long but he cut it down by cutting bits of clips out so it doesn't consume as much time as it would have. Building gundam models is time consuming.

  • what a bout the shorter sword or does it not come withe it

  • I think doing silent tutorials/reviews is a major part of what makes your videos awsome. Part of that is hearing the clicks as you assemble the gundam kits.

  • I want Both Exia figures I want with the Trans-Am and the one that doesnt have the Trans-Am

  • Hey 2 old 4 toysi have a question in mind which is better trans am modes or the normal one cus wanna exia and i don't know what to get trans am or the normal one

  • Now what this guy needs? Tweezers for those sand grain pieces

  • hey he thanks for the link to ishop2go and they do ship canada so yeah and thanks for the vid

  • does ishop2go ship to canada to or just the us

  • Comment removed

  • how long did it take you to build the model of trans am exia? 2old4toys

  • it's so pretty in an masculent yet, feminine way.

  • cool

  • so fukking epic!!! I want one lol

  • Its so cool more than i thouht . I think i want it .

    Sorry my bad english.

  • lol i love the sound of the plastic for the peices

  • wow ilike it..

  • how come no one can ever find part 2? or at least me! haha

  • Do u know where to buy the display boxers so ur gundam wont get damaged?

  • i finally found a good exia for a low price

  • Being someone who's interested in building a Gundam model but has never done so I'd like to ask: is this an actual assembly? Somehow I thought there was more glueing involved, at least for the immobile parts.

  • @paulunga No, all Gundams (except for those prior to 1990) are snap-build.

  • Just to let you know, the shield connector and the sword connectors are in the wrong place. The shield connector is supposed to be the sword connector.

  • one question , is the bring you're own music copyrighted? haha is because i was probably going to do a lets build on my first gundam (mg exia regular mode)(well at least my first not knock off model) so i wanted to ask you permission to put it in my vids if you wouldnt mind , thanks

  • Wow this is a sik looking model kit! Even if it is a little pink ;)

  • wow.. great! now i know who i want to buy :D thx for the video, i know what will come in the box now XD

  • why must people import stuff from japan if they cant read japanese why cant people wait to get it when it comes out in america

  • wow! u should review 00 raiser trans am gloss injection. idk if i should by it its pretty cool.

  • Trans am is when something in the original gn drives I dunno what activates and it makes the gundam go all sparkely and have speed and power boosts

  • So, what exactly is Trans Am mode, and why does it make that Exia Gundam pink?

  • @MysteriousMayonaise The Trans Am mode was a special feature built into the original solar reactors via the black boxes by Shenburg. When a Gundam goes into Trans Am all the compressed particles stored inside the reactor are released making the Gundam have a pinkish red look. The Gundams speed and mobility along with weapon power are greatly increased.

But theres one draw back- when the particles run out performance is cut in half/ Nerd moment :3 hope that helped

  • i really like all of your bulids 2old4toys i hope you have a great life and make make bulids

  • Do the stickers fall off over time?

  • @daviddeath101: no stickers will never fall off as long as you stick them on the gundam successfully on your first, second, or third try. Stickiness of the gundam stickers will go away if you peel them off more than 3 times. I still have my Heavy Arms gundam that I made 10 years ago and it still looks new loL. Stickers and everything are still intact.

  • @Shinsengumio8 oh thats cool the stickers on mine fall off after sometime though even though i've successfully stuck them on on the first try its probably just the problem of the place the toy was made

  • ok i can stand the no music that kool with me plz for the love of god talk more plz

  • wheres 2 second part of the building video?

  • The only reason I hate the trans-am versions of the 00 kits is because of the gloss metallic shade the parts are colored in, however. I fix that by just spraying some matt clear coat or some top coat over the parts

  • however, I think that the color and plastic help to cover upt nip marks.

  • you are pretty good at stickers I always messed up there ..

  • ahhhhh~ the pink are hurting my eyes!

  • whick one to get? 1/100 exia or

    1/144 exia?

    Thanks for replying!

  • @arif530

1/100 is a lot better considering it's bigger(duh) and it doesn't look liek shrimp

  • @arif530 1/100 but get the MG over the NG, looks better i think

  • @deathblad13 ok.But normal mode or ignition mode?

  • @arif530 well ignition mode costs 20 more dollars(usually) and the swords are chrome instead of grey, has the repair mode cape and helm and instead of green stickers they have the green clear parts for the legs and such, also if im not mistaken it comes with a stand, in my book, get the ignition if u wanna spend the extra money

  • i think the exia and the 00 are really similar looking kits

  • indeed... at first I thought 00 was exia with an extra backpack in the series...

  • @bigbutlittlebrother finally someone agrees :P

  • i luv that sound click (L)

  • that means its very secure right?

  • nice customization

  • @Jacnoy

that means its very secure right?

  • no i thought it was painted

  • my bad i knew that i was trying to reply someone else and i guess i clicked your comment

  • i never get tired of that "click" sound.

  • sawanna kegareru

  • oh god you messed up the connecter pieces for the shield and gn sword!!!! the piece for the sword was supposed to be for the shield!!!! omg!!!!!!!!

  • Reccomended music - Jem 24 :D

  • what does the 1/144 mean, is it how tall it is? because I want to buy one but not in trans-am mode

  • it means the model is 144th the size of the actual gundam it's based on

  • wo thats hot! do you recomend it?theres is one thats is very cool and it looks broken from war and stuff i dont know the name but you probably know.umm so witch one do you recommend?the one i just said or the oner you built in this vid?thanks! reply plz.

  • @goldendragonblade the one your talking about isn't real

people just buy the original and use household things to make it look like that

because it appear looking like that in an episode but was never sold as a model kit

  • @biggybiggysmall they are selling the kit .its with ignition mode 1/100 MG Exia

  • I got a bit dizzy of this >:) BTW nice vid

  • my gosh, awesome quality there!

  • I have EXia Repair II too.. and its better than the original exia.. but without the rubber on the shoulder.

  • im getting this one, the regular 1/144 basic exia, and the repair 2. so ill do reviews on all three and show conparisons. thatll be around....late dec. early jan.

  • repair 2 is different it's sword has this green trip thingy and the normal one doesn't so personally i like exia repair 2 better. Btw are you building a Gundam in the dark?

  • is the Exia repair 2 the same as the original Exia model kit? Or are the two built differently?

  • the exia repair 2 has a different gn blade, and its missing a few minor things like the little flappy things under it's shoulder pads connecting to the upper-arm. :D

  • the only real difference is the r2 gets you an extra gn sword ( the one with the green blade) and a burst mode gn drive. so get either one. I'm getting the exia ignition mode instead

  • @SymbioteBrumak

I'm looking at the R2 right now (it's right on my desk as I type this) and considering that just about all the parts from the original Exia are there, you could easily pick up the R2 and rebuild it into the original Exia.

  • @SymbioteBrumak well, you can easily tell that exia repair has different shoulders, but the most thing is that exia repair two can use that GN burst mode (the one where you saw the drive pulsing out particles at the end) and also has a sword meant for 00 gundam, but was given to exia due to creation of an even better sword for 00

  • @powerofthehorde3 along with that the gn particle cables on the shoulders (i think thats what u meant by the shoulders) were removed and also the legs were redone.

  • @SymbioteBrumak

actually the body is basically the same. the arms and shoulders and one pt of the legs are built diff. also, i like repair 2 coz it has a huge gn blade :D

  • @SymbioteBrumak very similar, but go for the r2...the sword is MUCH cooler with the clear green

  • what color did you use when you panel lining it?

  • On this one

  • Should i get this or the r2 not sood good at painting the clear parts. Did you paint the clear parts on the legs, arms, chest. etc red or green?

  • just use green or red sharpie marker to color the clear parts...

    thats what I did

  • i used clear red on mine

  • looks good. im getting my trans am kyrios soon

  • i luv ur varaity of no music vids prolly my favorite

  • awsome!!

  • does anyone know the name of the gold mobile suit exia fought in the last episode of season 1 and is there a model for it?

  • Alvatore

  • WTF! geek

  • waw

  • How do you like gundam in the first place?

  • As a child, I loved cartoons, I loved robots. I loved model kits.... Gundam fits all that bill.

  • then y the hell r u watching this?

  • u get a life freak this is a free country not a country for u to make rules for go suck ur nan cos we like gundams and ur the geek nerd, get a life zaff457

  • where the 2nd part?

  • ordered this and first grade dynames from hobby link, looking foreward to putting it together, wish it had a led GN drive like the master grade tho

  • is the red peace that go in the sholder rubery

  • yes its a red rubbery material

  • thanks

  • Ah..I c thx for the info XD

  • is it a good idea to paint the clear pieces into clear green for the trans am models like Exia and 00 gundam?

  • I'd skip the clear green for this kit... easier to see the glittery sticker through the window.

  • @2Old4Toys

but if you paint the clear pieces red then stick the sticker behind it wouldn't it give the Gn condensors a better effect

  • hahaha he said the red glitter color was translucent. go look up the dictionary it means clear

  • The material is neither entirely clear, nor entirely opaque. As something between the two... The use of "translucent" is correct for the description here.

  • u were thinking os transparent which means see through

  • i dont understand why they are all models now, they fall apart so easily and i dont like the thought or idead of glue, they also feel too light which makes them feel cheap. i liked the old toys better, they were better material and didnt fall apart from a falling off the table

  • Where is Part 2?

  • where do you get all these figures from

  • 10:45 bugged me. the shoe looks like it snapped wrong

  • i did to I tryed to get one but they don't look very good to me reguler exaia is better

  • i think he bought it on ebay. they're selling gundams with trans am now i just saw it on ebay

  • search them on ebay.

  • Nie co to ma być skłaać zabawki żal

  • dude why do you only build 1/144 gundam models?

  • you can buy more with less money

  • iknorite?

  • i want one, where did you buy this?

  • if thers any model shops near you check em' out or try ebay...or hobbywave

    :)

  • wow man pro skills right there

  • i got 60/1 but dun red la nomal gundam00

  • awesome model kit exias the best

  • How did you manage to cut the pieces out so cleanly O_o? I dont seem to see any of those clipping marks.. Any1 give me a clue T^T

  • you cut off the clipping marks first then you gotta use some super smooth sandpaper to sand away the marks

  • NICE exia is BeAsT!! especially in transam mode ! :D

  • sorry but im gonna have to say gundam seven swords is the best

  • id rather shell out on a perfect grade of this one, like my perfect grade astray. nice review though

  • man i hate this color but great video man

  • im so with you i really dislike the colors of the trans am modes

but i like the purpose it serves XP

  • Is this just a Holographic exia? I no it's meant to look like it's in Trans-Am mode but still......

  • u cant really make the color look fully trans am obviously if its possible to make it glow liek the 1/ 100 scale gundam 00 but that would mean putting clow things all over its body which obviously cost a lot of money to make

  • Thx

  • Comment removed

  • Do you know where to get clear pink beams for the swords?

  • ORE WA GANDAMU

Man, I tried to hard to like Gundam 00, but the anime isn't that great. Still, the mech designs are rather nice. WIll need to get into gunpla at some point.

  • You have got to be kidding me.

  • wow a lot of people like this one. i bought the 2007 1/60 scale exia but im going to customize it

  • A much simpler kit than the PG RedFrame, considerably more affordable too. I look forward to seeing your customised version of it. My guess is minty flavour.

  • i know this is a stupid question, but a friend of mine has only been building these things for about a month now so hes still basically a beginner. he ordered a PG wing custom (i believe one of the "cheaper" models) ive been telling him hes going to get a migrain from the complicated parts. what do you think the outcome is?

  • outcome a hes gonna break alpt of parts my wing zero got on fire because i put the led wrongly and the wires also it exploded

  • How is it fake? Honestly use your brain before you say things.

  • wheres part 2

  • That was a really sensitive mic.

  • well atleast bandai show some improvements

  • do those stickers come off over time or no??

  • i dont think so those stickers are quality stickers

  • yeah like barbie stickers

  • which model kits would i have to buy so i dont have to paint cuz im not very good : / but i want a model kit that looks nice

  • wow, another great vid. nice job!

  • Ya know, I'm a man who loves his MSIA, but damn this thing looks sexy! I might just have to cave and buy this kit. Must.....resist.......temptation!

    Great vid as always!

  • dude a got an exia for only lik 15 bucks

  • ah. does the v-fin move like the 1/100?

  • do u hav to build and paint these?

  • build yes but u dont hav 2 paint

  • did you watch the video?

  • I think I'll pass on this one and get the R2.

  • lol why not a 1/100? but it looks good anyway the regular 1/100 exia has more stuff in there but the 1/144 trans-am reminds me the of the pink gundam seed strike gundam hehe nice job though

  • I built this model myself, and it looks great despite the pink color (i don't mind it's pink). But strange thing is that the leg joint seems hard to bend but I don't worry too much and it is small size compare to regular 1/144 scale models( about 1inch small). So overall I like it and I wish I bought Gundam Exia to compare what's different and size whether it is same size.

  • i got this gundam model but it wasnt pink it was lik white and blue

  • Is this expensive? comparedwith the 1/100 trans am exia which the price unreasonable.

    I always love pink mecha.

  • depends where you buy it. it should be between 15-20 dollars

  • image anime in ny i got mine for lik 15 the master grades r $40

  • it's 15.95$ on average

  • well this 1/144 hg kit is cheaper cos its a 1/144 but i much more prefer the 1/100 scale its bigger come with more weapons loads more articulation and all sorts and the 1/100 is very reasonbale for the price too

  • so the 1/144 isnt better then the 1/100? i was thinking of buying some gundam models... and i thought the 1/144 are better then the 100 cause its a higher number.. lol

  • no the higher the number the smaller the grade so i really really recommend getting the 1/100 its worth it and has a load of detail u don't have to paint anything which is awesome

  • ooooo, so the 1/60 is like really hard to make then?... but ill remember this.. thanks :D

  • Depends on what grade the 1/60 is. The 1/60 Exia, for example, is really easy to build, while a 1/60 PG Gundam would be much harder to build.

  • mmmm ok thanks... so depends on the grade... cool cool.

  • Wow, amazing. Great video as always,

    2Old4Toys!!!!!

And it's been GREAT that you thought of these "build" vids. :.)

  • Thats a nice kit in that color! doesn't seem to give you some option to put some panel lines on it but its still good kit.
