It is almost scary how Lipinski sounds like a 3rd grader, not a man with 3 advanced degrees!
If he doesn't know the Constitution does NOT provide for the government to require citizens to buy products or services they may not need nor want, then he should give back those degrees to Northwestern, Stanford and Duke as they were obviously not gotten by merit.
Sort of like his Congressional seat.....
