good choice of song for that video, even though i have no idea what song it was. just curious, what part of london was that? also,i saw your time lapse video from memphis to houston and was wondering if you're from memphis.
It's an old Smiths song from the mid 80's named "Ask".
The video was a compilation of a couple of trips enroute to somewhere else actually. Both times we had half a day lay over so we basically tried to find some pubs not more than a few km away from the Heathrow and then enjoy the area before heading back.
I am from neither Houston or Memphis. It was (is) a boring drive and I always wanted to do a time lapse driving video so combining the two made sense.
Hmm i've never been in that area. The one time I actually had a layover in London was in March 1999 when I was with my high school marching band enroute to Ireland, and we were in the Gatwick for about 6 hours. Well,if you ever chance to actually GO to London proper, and you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay,I highly recommend the Bayswater area, near Queensway Road.
