Finland is a Nordic country and shares this title along with the Scandinavian nations, but is otherwise distinct from them. This may sound like nitpicking, but is a rather important distinction to Finns and Scandinavians alike. Historically Finns usually experienced Vikings as foreign invaders, so calling Finns vikings is something of a disservice.

Um...a...actually Korpiklaani is Finnish and Vikings were from Sweden and Norway and Denmark. Also the Vikings lived between 400 AD and 1200 AD and korpiklaani is still alive today and they don't rape, pilage or row across the north sea on wooden ships.
