this is not cool....people pay their fair share in order to meet him, its a seminar so it means that the audiences paid money for this seminar, it doesn't matter if it is like 10 years ago! so after someone left this world you can just disregard your promise for not publishing it in public?? ask permission before you post videos of a seminar, you wanna know more talk to the right people, surf the net, buy some books and DVDs etc, its called breaching intellectual property that is why!....

webherring: my students and immediate members of the 'WSLVT' family have access to the footage, ...always have, always will, ...they are the ones who should. I see no reason at all to freely give this valuable material to "outsiders" just because they feel some undeserved & unjustified right to having possession of it.

Dear Sifu, these videos and others prove to me beyond doubt that Sifu Wong was one of the few true masters who not only had a good understanding of Wing Chun and could teach, but also had extensive combat experience. Nowadays there are so many martial artists teaching the art just to make money, or just as a form of health and exercise. If I learn a martial art it must be with the true spirit in mind. I would surely prefer to study with a direct lineage of Sifu Wong than anybody else.

Because it was private footage, shot with permission by my late Sifu, on the understanding that it NOT be made public and ONLY made available as a reference for an exclusive trusted handful of people. Clearly, one of those very privileged few has broken that trust and allowed it to be copied! :-(

This is what I believe that Ip Man meant when he said to WSL

"Its an empty shell, It looks like Wing Chun but it has no substance"

Others with some knowledge may know exactly what I mean.

As someone who wasted 10 yrs on the wrong path, surely you can appreciate how such direct knowledge can help those who seek the truth, esp us who may be several generations removed from WSL. Respectfully hope you reconsider your position.
