Unlike other Arab countries, women rights' in Egypt have been always respected, the only reason that there aren't too many women in the protests is the brutality of police against the protesters, I'm sure you have seen footage showing so. I live in the U.S.and I saw some comments about islam taking over and saying the U.S. Will be on it's knees. Also arabs aren't the only one who hates the U.S. It's mostly the whole world. I'm pretty sure it's because we're all assholes. is there more to that though?
