This is a TAS. Not a hack. The reason why Yoshi didn't take any damage from Samus, or anyone for that matter, was because he did something called a perfect shield/block, which is when you shield at the last possible second. The is no lag from the hit, and thus he can move after the shield, instead of moving back and being stuck in the shield frames if he did not success in a perfect shield. He was able to do this so well because he was using TAS, meaning he knew when the attack would come.
