I'm just turned 15 and currently 95kg at 10 percent bf i started like you but was fat.
I recommend getting a mass gain diet (all you have to do is Google it) and gain a few pounds but letting you know you already have a great build and with training and diet (also time) could turn all that into comp ready muscle :)
great start you just need to start with some sort of bulking routine which will allow you to gain weight. Definitely defined and very good for 14yo. Just wait as you reach closer to 16 ur body type will allow you to gain the right type of weight as you get older
Also only using a moderate level workout for someone your size isnt going to push your aerobic/anaerobic threshold, you have to put in more effort to gain weight more quickly. Basically it comes down to the fact that the more you break down your muscle fibers, the bigger and stronger the ones that are replaced will be done. On the opposite side you have a overweight person like me and in order to loose lots of fat I need to decrease the calories I eat
basically the idea is to eat more calories than you use on a daily basis. That is pretty much the only way for those people with a fast metabolism can gain weight. The thing is though that all of the calories u eat have to be good calories. Calories from protein, carbs, and fats are essential. Keep carbs and proteins high with fats low. It will take a long time but it will eventually work.
start with a 8x3 workout routine and then work into a 6x4. this get your body use to working out with good size weights then you start pushing yourself with the 6x4. depending were your body is with progress which looks good to me i say wait till your 15 before starting a 6x4 cause you can really mess a body up if you push to hard to fast. i didn't start doing 6x4 and 5x5 till i was 16 -17. and i was pretty average at 15 was 165 could bench 155 8 times and squat think it was 200 or 210 8 times.
and some helpful tips would be, dont workout one muslce more than others, forexample biceps, thats what i did and i didnnot look good , but then i corected myself and got bigger triceps and shoulders, also workout each muslce about 2 times aweek no more, or you will overtrain and lose mass, and as for supplements start with a good protein just 2 times a day one being after your workout, and as u get bigger later on maybe add in some creatine Good luck bro :)
bro im 13 been workin out for bout 4 months and im loving the results, basicly eat alot, which should be easy for u since u stated u already do so, get proteins carbs , and just enough fats. About training tho, what you should do is the basic routine like; Monday-chest and triceps, Tuesday-back and biceps, Wednesday Shoulders, Thursday legs, Friday chest and triceps again, saturday rest, and sunday rest
hey man, great vid. i think u should be giving tips. biceps are really good. i could give u tips, but what works for me, might not work for u. i just had to experiment and find what worked best for me and stuck with it. for 14, u have a great foundation for mega gains. no reason to hate. u rock man!
