@firedude384 the reason for the fps limit is on legal grounds. Face protectors are only rated to that. If we allow guns over that limit we become responsible for any injuries you receive. To lower the fps of your gun there is a quick fix of just using heavier rounds. .25 .3 .35 each one will lower your fps below the limit.

@scvillagevideo using a heavier BB is technically make the chrono say you are shooting slower. but the impact of the BB will still be to much. Anyways, u HAVE to chrono with a .20 BB. so that is not a fix at all.

But this isn't airsoft.

Why the special sniper rifle rules, if all guns must chrono 400 fps? Your just punishing the guy shooting the bolt action! That's why airsoft allows them to chrono higher, they are at a disadvantage concerning ROF.

And one of the reasons I left paintball 10 years ago was because of masks. I don't judge airsofters that use them, but here again, a requirement?
