  • Is it just me or did Chip smoke Billy???

  • nuf said

  • The most moving interpretation of this old chestnut I've ever heard. He makes it ound like a symphony. The chord progression is not easy on that one, that's why it's a test piece for jazzmen trying to make it in the Big Apple.

  • Billy is better with only his left hand than most pianists playing with both hands!!!

  • teddy roosevelt is sick

  • LOL Chip does look a bit like Teddy! But on a serious note that's one of the coldest solo's I've ever heard on an upright

  • He is truely remarkable !!! Anyone that can play chords and make runs and hold a composition together with one hand gets two thumbs up from me !!!! Great job!!

  • Sweet!

  • Nice JVG. Who's the bassist and drummer on this? Thanks.

  • Bassist is a mother fucker named Chip Jackson, this guy is the real deal. Just listen to Billy Taylor Trio "Music Keeps Us Young"... Chip kills it on that record

  • Haha ... that's "something different" all right.

    Great listening.

  • He passed the test.
