Do you think the manifold is better to have the exhaust wrapped? My friend have the exhaust wrap wrapped around his Manifold on his S15. DO you think it is worth it to wrap it?
Yes, i think it is better to have the exhaust wrapped. It keeps the heat within the exhaust system and not within the engine bay. But i would recommend steampipe rather than stainless steel. Yes, i definately think it's worth it. It's not the best looking, but it's purposeful.
It's actually running very rich. This video was taken just after the system was put together with only a quick tune. With a full and proper tune, the a/f ratios are perfect and it doesn't glow....as much.
what power did you get? looks like u got the standard AFM still

This was a first run with a very quick and rough tune, got 206rwkw @ 16 psi. The AFM is a Z32 AFM, much bigger than the stock S15 unit.

this car must be running very lean on fuel for the turbo manifold to glow like that
