That's not quite the translation. In the context of this song Deixa is actually "Let" as "to Let Happen". He's saying "just let it happen".

Its not good to word for translate either it misses sometimes the real meaning ...hence the phrase "lost in translation".

But roughly the song says.

Let it (happen)...

Let them say whatever they want (as in i don't care what people think)

but also let the heart speak as well
