Well, the first one has been released in English, by GENEON, the other two are only in Japanese. You use to be able to find fansubs, at least for the first two, but its rather hard to find them now... So your only real option now is to buy them.
OVA stands for Original Video Animation its anime that gose directly to video and is not meant to air on t.v. so each episode is generally longer than that of the anime that had to fit into a half-hour time slot. They also spend more time on it and the production value is much higher than the original. Also, the hellsing OVA's are following the manga better then anime, which didn't follow the anime at all after the Valentine brothers attack.

Is from the first two Hellsing OVAs and thay just released the third, there much better then the anime... GO WATCH THEM NOW!!! ;)
