  • Song (Delta) and TED (United) were rip-offs of Jetblue. And in the end, as you can see, Jetblue won.

  • @nastypop and RUSHMUSTANG, you both know that Delta is the best

  • Remember the M&Ms they sold on board?

Lime green and indigo colored :)

  • thank you for the pixelated mess

  • damn sorry i gave u a thumb down i mean thumb up... i agree so pixelqated i only saw some things glad to know it was the video and not my comp.

  • shut it, jetBlue was out way before they even thought up of 'SONG' pfsh

  • no SONG RULES JET BLUE

  • haha jetBlue crushed the competition!

  • Sort of. DL incorporated a lot of what Song had throughout its entire domestic fleet.

  • Song was the most successful airline business model experiment ever. Delta did the right thing by "songizing" all of their long haul domestics. May the attitude always fly high.

  • Song was the coolest air travel on commerical airlines that I ever flew.

They need to bring back the Song brand.

  • i have only flown on song twice,,,,,it was a very good airline mostly for 2 reasons always on time, and all of its flight attendants and customer service agents were very friendly

  • YES i was ride in the flight song airline it was fun and cool also style cabin seat color it sad see it song airline is gone now back on noraml name delta airlines .

  • I feel bad for the investers who lost their money with this stupid idea. I mean really, the last thing this country needs is a new airline company.

  • Excellent vid.

  • song what a bad idea didn't they learn with delat express. what a waste of time and money.

  • i miss song...it was a nice alternative to jetblue on the NY-FL route

  • I love song airlines its very fun

  • ps your video is great.

  • I was just reading your description about Song's amazing features - "most of which are now integrated into the long Delta Air Lines domestic routes". I think you mean, none of which are incorporated. I've flown Delta coast-to coast many many times this year and I'm lucky to get a Biscoff. Song was awesome. Delta didn't incorporate Song- they squashed it.

  • They didn't squash it. In fact, they turned the old Delta into Song. The new image of Delta along with the PTV's in coach, an upgraded coach, first, and Bus.Elite product, and Delta EATS is very similar to the Song product...the new "hip, sleek, and modern" Delta. Look around and tell me Song hasn't had a HUGE impact.

  • yeh, flysong was awesome.

in fact i was flying twice with them from MCO to JFK. Really cool. I liked the coloured seats and the funny FAs. Awesome. Shame they've gone.

  • First flight in my b-day, ill miss song:( the good news is that delta has the planes but yeat it will no b the same

  • i really need this song!

    anyone has it??... please.. :D

  • i wrote and recorded this song

what do you need it for?

  • wow thats a good song!

  • There are stil song planes around now.

  • What is the name of the song?

  • Like soft butter on a foggy day. Smooth jazz is your song of the day.

  • I always loved song. Nothing like a long night non-reving back from vegas or LA to the east coast drinking song martinis. I'll miss you song...

  • I flown from BOS to MCO on song 2 times, and from MCO to BOS 2 times. The airlines are 4 and a half stars out of 5.

  • Solid work.

  • Delta song was awesome and the flight safety video was pretty funny. When I first rode they let us stay on the plane till everybody got off and we got to see the cockpit and leave the plane with the captain...pretty cool.

    I'm gonna miss song!

  • Do you know where I can find that safety video?

  • What will they do with there SONG airplanes?

  • Song Planes Are Used By Song But Delta Owns Song. I Don't Know If Delta Will Repaint The 757s.

  • At first they didn't, but I think with Delta's new logo, they might.

  • Song rocked!! It was the best 3 years. I will always have a Song in my heart:) 20 awards in 3 years...that's all I gotta say.

  • i miss song. it was a great airline.

  • Guys, remember the emergency instruction songs that they have ? I fly SJU to MCO with song few times.. And I remember a guy with a harmonica he was a fly attendance...

  • Im happy beacuse delta is installing ptv's on their 757's and it like an all new song

  • yea i had to fly a song 757(delta) and those ptvs made the flight go by quick

  • Yeah and song was kind of secial to me beacuse its first flight was in my birthday

  • nice video...what program did you use to make the video?

  • Hmm, I was on the first Song flight to Aruba... Once we got there, there were like news crews and people givin' out these weird candy things that looked like cupcakes

  • Did I also mention that they gave us these cool green pens, and I think shirts too

  • I never got the chance to fly Song :(

  • I miss Song too! I flew it from Newark to Orlando in 2004. I still see Song at EWR... I love(d) that lime green color! I love Delta anyway, so no big deal with the union, I guess. After I train at Delta Connection Academy starting in December, I'll be flying for Delta so everything will be cool... but I miss Song!

  • Once upon a time, I experienced the friendly skies with Song Airlines. Awesome accomodation, awesome service, awesome mojitos!!! I'll miss it dearly :(

  • I MISS SONG! Have you guys played the trivia game?

  • Damn I miss that airline, but you know... A lot of it has gone into Delta and it makes me proud to see that Delta has a lot of that Song personality... Song hasn't disappeared, it will live forever in the new Delta!

  • I love the song liver and the seats. SO much more than an airline...

BTW... banstaman, Delta's already integrated song into their fleet but probally haven done a repaint

  • @Chengsta92 Yes; even though you posted this comment four years ago I still felt like replying. I also do recall once flying a Song plane from ATL-LGA in December 2006 (about half a year after last Song flight took off), not to mention that the interior of that plane looked exactly like what I saw when I actually flew Song in December 2005. However, that flight I took in a Song plane in December 2006 was considered a Delta flight.

  • can anybody tell me why i always see song planes at ATL intl', JFK, and LGA like every single day even though they have been out of service since last april? that is kinda strange, then yet again, i hope they plane to come back. nice vid man , I have been searching for a vid 'bout song on youtube for tha last 9 months and this is tha only thing

  • The planes have been reconfigured into the "new" Delta configuration, 2-class (26F/158Y) with PTVs at every seat and maintained the 33" pitch in coach. They simply have not been through the paint-shop yet as DL has a set cycle per plane for paintaing.

    hope that helps.

  • They haven't been through the paint-shop yet because Delta's revealing a new livery on the first of May.

  • Song was a low cost carrier for Delta AirLines. Most if not ALL of the song flight attendants were from Delta main line that was on leave or furloughed. So , when Song ended, it became part of Delta again and flight attendants joined back into main line Delta.

  • Song + Delta Air Lines = correct spelling

  • I miss Song!! I never got to fly it!! I wanted some Song stuff but they said I could buy some :-(.
