He needs to show me he can throw that ball in a tight window, and some accurate intermediate passes. No QB can succeed in the NFL without the intermediate pass

the play with the snap over his head, rolling to his left, and then throwing with that kind of pace on the ball......impossible throw. He's talented enough to adjust to NFL style play and throw some quick, accurate 5/10 yrd slants from within the pocket. going to have to be careful running around with the james harrisons of the world looking to flatten him.

This is our generations Michael Vick he reminds me alot of Randall Cunningham, I don't care what people say this kid he is a freak of nature track star speed a cannon arm but has beautiful touch on the ball, he has all the intangibles he is a natural leader. Naturally he should go to the redskins that team needs this kind of player.

This whole video showed pretty much 2 different passes that he can make.
1. Deep balls to receivers who already broke free of coverage (good luck in the NFL of receiving that consistantly)
2. Short passes when he is out of the pocket. Now this is actually feasible if he can do it as well as Aaron Rodgers, but can he? I highly doubt it.
He needs to show me he can throw that ball in a tight window, and some accurate intermediate passes. No QB can succeed in the NFL without the intermediate pass

my view on rgIII after this footage is...He doesn't throw a pretty ball, but is very accurate. Arm strength is not elite. I want to see his 40 time at the combine.He knows how to play QB.

@araydog not exactly. 40 yards he isn't faster than Michael Vick, but Griffin's top gear is undoubtedly faster than Vicks. The only question i have is his agility. He doesn't have anywhere nears the hips of Mike Vick. This said, he is a much smarter passer, love to see the Skins take him. Hail!

@araydog he doesn't have nearly the speed or quickness of a young vick, nor the arm. Hes definitely taller though and though and looks to be a lot more of a consistent passer then vick was at VA tech. I think hes a pretty good prospect.

this guy is great for college, but I`ve never seen anyone better than Vick at the college level at running..i believe it won`t take RG3 anywhere near as long to get the throwing part down, but NFL runs way faster in real time than at college level..Vick is doing his stuff regardless...

The kid is amazing he's earned my respect,die hard SC fan.Love what Matt(3000 yds 33td 7 int)has done,keeping it real though we probably have the best WR tandem in the country with woods a top 2 WR this year and freshman lee who had a monster game vs no.3 oregon.We also have a solid offensive line like stanfords.RGIII has none of that so more power and credit to him.Luck's been no.1 prospect the last 2 years and griffin is just as accurate 72% rating.If anybody deserves the Heisman its this kid.
