Chris Johnson isn't even the best in Madden, unless you cheat, and loop around the offensive linemen and then outrun your opponents. Adrian Peterson can either sprint, power, elude, and dive through the end zone. He's the best in Madden, best in real life, and soon in the future, he'll be a top 5 ALL TIME great RB. One thing can be easily agreed on though; Adrian Peterson has the most pairs of shoes.

Peterson isn't even that good of a blocker.. titans don't really have a passing threat (other than johnson) so d's just pretty much try to stop johnson and he still leads the nfl in rushing.. and he's a better reciever. And how many fumbles lost? 1 I think. no you cant compare a pure runner to a pure speedster... pure speedster's have 3 good seasons and wear out very easily..... and what run d's has he played? compare those too peterson's you will see my point... if JOHN MADDEN doesnt think CJ is better than that MEANS CJ isnt better... and also two consecutive years everyone focused on Peterson and guess what, he carried a team on his shoulders (would made 07 playoffs but he didnt start a few games) and brought them 08.. I see CJ lasting 2-3 more years... Peterson has taken hits since High School... if it really affected him he would stopped playing after College. and both are great Running Backs... but Peterson set up more 1st down attempts than 3rd down those two years. My point is, the fact that Peterson almost lead the Vikings to the playoffs with the worst passing game in the league his rookie season is amazing. Then the next year the passing game didnt change and we got the playoffs.

Now CJ is in that situation. He has no passing game to be heard of. Another RB with him (VY is just like T-Jack). And he has to carry the team on his shoulders. And how is CJ doing? His team is 3-6 with him carrying them. What was the Vikings record when they depended on Peterson? 8-8 and 10-6.... that shows a lot about capability. It is bad to put a team on a pure speed back's shoulders. If it were not for this season CJ would last another 6-7 years... AP is getting a rest this year.
