i mean its decent for if this is all you got laying around but if you actually went out and bought this stuff i would have went a little bit more out of my way and picked up ultra bright blue leds and filled the tube with mineral oil and placed the leds inside and let the led glow throughout the oil, btw the oil wont short circuit
