yes his mask was off twice that i know of once in the mini series the Mass device. but you don't see his face. it is also when he meets Timber. and a Second in the little mini movie Ninja battles where you see some of Snake Eyes and Strom Shadow's training. Sigma six when in a fight with Strom Shadow part of his visor is broke and you see one and and some of his hair.
