I don't know how anyone could think he is crazy...that's such a general blanket statement. If you really listen to him, he never changes his story and commitment. He backs up everything with facts. No baloney, just dead on factual evidence based on years of experience and observation and the vocabulary to put it all together so that everyone can understand what he is talking about.
