Great job! I just bought the Cockburn CD, have never tried playing his stuff before, but I'm working on it. Will be looking forward to more of your posts, keep 'em coming!
it's not as hard as it looks or sounds, because it's in an open tuning, so most of it is barring and simple fingerings. except for that part that comes after the main theme, at o:33. That part is insanely hard at full speed! There's 2 bass notes alternating, but 3 notes on the higher strings played in the same time as the 2 bass notes. Awesome job on that by the way BilboBalrog!
Very nice. Congratulations on getting the "walkdown" at 0:33. It makes perfect sense when you look at the tab, but actually playing it is brutal...for me, anyway.
You're just fantastic. After playing guitar for 10 years and coming to the realization that Bruce Cockburn is my guitar hero, I'd have to say that you really did Foxglove justice~
My god, si c'est toi qui joue ça Nelson, tu m'impressionnes! Si c'est pas toi, bin, c'est quand même impressionant!

this piece would be so easy if you could eliminate all right hand activity. which of course you can't.

Thanks! Yes, this "walkdown" is something to get, but when you've gone through it slowly, it makes sense. I admire Cockburn for this phrase.

That looks impossible to play. I can't even imagine.

very precise, nice tone. i can't get this song perfect, but it's still fun as hell to play. good job.
what isn't fair is that the people who have this song mastered have fingers that are like 90 inches longer than mine. grrr.
