Very bad ass car. But it's not the worlds fastest street driven 2JZ 240SX. I don't know what the actual record is, but a chassis shop in Ontario Canada ran 8.83 at 163mph in their full interior, full frame 240sx. Full glass, lights, no cutting, pure street car. The car ran that time at Toronto Motorsports Park in Cayuga Ontario, and I personally witnessed it.

@EZ30Loyale body kits are pointless. A proper aero kit might even reduce weight and improve the performance. Naturally an aero kit for a car optimized for drag racing won't be the same as one for circuit use.

@XMOr33skyline you are right about finding more parts in the usa and it being cheaper but power wise try an RB30 same displacement but better revving on the RB and better revving means more power band.

Rb's an inferior engine on all levels. That's why it's not popular in any form of motor sports. The 2jz's only flaw is its head flow characteristics...

Which can easily be fixed by porting it or bolting on the newer 1jz head which has excellent flow characteristics.
