i get about 25-30fps in gta 4, with max settings, i get around 20-25 in a crowded area. but i think u can get more if u have a better graphics card..

all settiings max,1440x900 resolution. its a good processor with a good price, nice for a budget rig...

when u want buy a procesor u will be very confused and dont know what to choose intel or amd now here i'm tellin u go amddddd amd is the best its much better than intel and if u want a good amd processor with a good price go buy amd phenom x3 8450 or higher just dont buy intels
