The only way to IMPROVE that government, is to REPLACE it.
That is EXACTLY what our Founders did when they realized their government under the Articles of Confederation, that THEY created, they replaced that FORM of government with the present 1787 Constitution.
The people of the US and most of the WORLD KNEW the US government was not working any longer almost 100 years ago.

Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government...
--Thomas Jefferson
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
Do what Ron Paul says and vote 3rd party, add up ALL the 3rd party votes and learn just how many are against the NWO Oligarchy and treasonous government that has taken over our system.
They all want to increase the size of government to further oppress the people and take our freedom's just like in the Soviet Union, Just like in Germany.
Socialism in Germany and USSR lead to millions of deaths, and these sick people know that population reduction is a benefit to the elites, themselves.
What socialism in Germany, Do you mean Fascism cause that different from Socialism, quite different and trust me you American's are so far away from socialism. Pretty much every other free democracy in the world is closer to socialism than you (that may exaggeration but i wouldn't be surprised if it true) and they seem to be doing ok.
I don't care about how much socialism we have compared to other countries!
I see the loss of liberty as well as the spread of government/socialism here, and that's the problem we're all interested in. If other counrties would like to continue to try to increase their liberty more to be more like the U.S. again, so be it... I couldn't care less if I tried.
My daughter just "completed" a public school "US Government" course required by our state for a high school diploma. I think submitting a petition to her congressman will be a fabulous final project. Thanks, Bob, for these great ideas.
Tere's no doubt that America is in decline and that all the points are valid. But we couldn't force the government to immediately abolish income tax and the Federal Reserve overnight without causing a total and immediate collapse of the economy. I, for one, like my trash to be picked up.
Therefore, I would like to see a proposal that would accomplish those end results in a reasonable manner.
There's no reason to throw the baby out with the bath water (unless the baby has drowned).
The federal income tax doesn't pay to have your trash picked up, nor does it pay for roads, or schools, or any other services that you think it does. If the FIT was abolished tomorrow, the government's revenues would return to the same level as a decade ago. The economy would surge, not collapse. Why? Because people would immediately have a great deal more money to spend (and even more importantly, be able to save). The FIT is not FICA. FICA (social security) is not the issue.
This organization contends that when the government steps outside the boundaries of its authority, the People have the right to retain their (tax) money until their grievances are redressed.
And the Founding Fathers of this country agreed with this position:
"If money is wanted by Rulers who have in any manner oppressed the People, they may retain it until their grievances are redressed, and thus peaceably procure relief, without trusting to despised petitions or disturbing the public tranquility."
-- Journals of the Continental Congress, 1:105-113
The abolishment of the Federal Reserve & returning to a precious-metal backed money standard - as we had up to 1971 - again would cause a surge in economic growth. The fiat (funny money) currency that we currently are dependent upon, is a sure fire way to collapse the economy - as the Fed continues its reckless practices of printing more & more money out of thin air. This increases the supply of money available - which fuels inflation (more & more dollars are required to acquire the same goods).
I agree with the gold standard, but fiat money does have an economic purpose. It just so happens that the negatives greatly outweigh the positives.
In recessions, when people don't borrow as much, the difference is minimal, but in up markets when borrowing is high, fiat money without backing helps to give more loans.
Of course, you get a hang-over after the parties over, which is where we are today.
The gold standard stabalized the economy, which is why the Federal Researve hates it.
lol - and this is a MAJOR hangover amdura! All fiat money systems eventually collapse historically. We're currently teetering on the edge of the cliff right now with a dollar on the verge of collapse. The Fed's PPT (Plunge Protection Team) is bailing water (Bear-Sterns, pumping money into the supply, etc), but the ship still continues to sink. Kind of reminds me of the Titanic - and we're all on the boat. The only way to save the ship is to phase out the Fed and introduce sound money again.
However, I don't beleive the dollar will collapse, but I think it will fall hard and then they will "sell" the Amero to the people, who will be so hard up, they'll think it's a cure.
I just don't think people know how hard it's going to be to get back on the gold standard. It's not easy and I don't believe any country that's come off it has ever gone back.
amdura: Here's a very interesting video that ties much of this together titled: "We're Gonna Bob Iran, & Theres Nothing You Can Do".
Lindsey Williams provides the "glue" that relates our economic system to the neo-conservative (neo-con) doctrine of pre-emptive wars, something which Congressman Ron Paul has steadfastly opposed.
Some of these Grievances can be done by the gov't immediately if enough people demanded it and if they impeached any elected official that didn't follow the will of the people.
The big problem is that people are SOOOO LAZY and PACIFIED that I'm not sure enough will come together.

dkornbau, why don't you present your idea to Mr. Schulz? He gave us instructions how to do this in Part 2 of this video, offering other plans or suggestions. I hope you did this if you think it's a better plan.
Fractional Reserve Banking: A debt money system, our debt monetary system means if everyone who has a loan outstanding were to pay it off 100% tomorrow, there would be no paper money left in circulation; only the coins in our pockets. Coins are the only medium of exchange we have that isn't brought into existence from debt. This is why the commoners (us) are all economic slaves. We need to cut off the head of this Octopus: No central banks & honest money backed by something rare.
This organization should check into simply filling lawsuits directly challenging the statutes, instead of filing petitions for redress of grievances!! For more infomartion on how to do that, look at:
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (2007)
Rule 5.1. Constitutional Challenge to a Statute - Notice, Certification, and Intervention
The Right to Petition dates all the way back to the Magna Carta of the 13th Century. The foundation of our entire legal system is based upon it. The Right to Petition is an enumerated Right guaranteed in the Bill of Rights -- an specified as the last ten words of the First Amendment. It is a fundamental Right of the American People to petition their "servant" government for a redress of grievances, when such Constitutional grievances exist. These are known legally as "Constitutional Torts".
All of our unalienable Rights, enumerated in the U.S. Constitution, are not mere "privileges" that can be taken away or modified at the whim of government, except by the Constitutional Amendment process, or by Constitutional Convention & those are THE ONLY TWO WAYS that it can be altered. The Constitution is our nation's highest law, governing our gov't, and expressing the Rights of the People, not the Rights of the Government. It specifically enumerates the Government's powers and authority.
Our government has traveled far beyond the bounds of its given powers and authority. It has effectively wiped out the Bill of Rights (with the exception of the lonely Third Amendment). And Bob Schulz and the We the People Foundation, seek to restore our lost Rights via the Right to Petition clause of the First Amendment -- which is the "capstone Right" that protects all others -- and is simultaneously the "accountability clause" to correct errant governmental behavior.
Bob, and his organization, have taken this issue of defining the contours of this most critical Right to the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this year. The Supreme Court, defied its very own precedent, and very illegally neglected its primary function to interpret "first impression" Constitutional questions. The U.S. Supreme Court has NEVER interpreted the Petition Clause of the First Amendment, and by not doing so, committed Constitutional Treason by denying Certiorari (refusing) to hear the case.
So, the highest Court in the Land just refused to interpret the Constitution. This was a MAJOR lawsuit with about 1500 individually-named plaintiffs involved in suing the Government for a re-declaration of their Rights by the Supreme Court. So, suffice it to say, the We the People Foundation IS filing lawsuits (and more than just one).
The Foundation isn't seeking to challenge mere statutes, which are a lower form of "animal" than a Constitutional Right. An enumerated Right takes higher precedence than any individual statute or collection of statutes. This Right-to-Petition allows the People the capability to enforce all the others. The argument for, and the history of this Right, is sound and provides the basis for People to re-chain their supposedly "servant" government to the Constitution that is supposed to govern IT.
We Texans DO NOT WANT THE Trans Texas Corridor. You can take your NAU and SPP deals and shove it up your rear end or better yet up CFR David Rockefeller and Nathan Rothschild's rear end. As his Father and Grandfather, President Bush is a TRAITOR and in violation
of the Logan Act. We Texans want nothing to do with any of Bush's hidden agenda and secret societies. We will fight your NWO efforts because you bring chains to our FREEDOM.
We all need to do something about all of this. The America I once knew is gone. The plan seems sensible and well thought through. Count on my full support Mr. Schulz in your efforts to restore our Constitution and hold our government accountable.
Finally. A PLAN of action to restore our liberties and freedoms. And it appears to be a very sound one at that! It's, not only possible, but do-able. As a dedicated Ron Paul supporter, I urge everyone that supports Dr. Paul to:
SIGN THE PETITIONS FOR REDRESS.
Just what do you have to lose if you don't sign them? Well, that would be the last vestiges of your FREEDOM. I, for one, firmly believe this may be our last shot at restoring our liberties and rights before total tyranny overcomes us.
i agree with Bob Schultz, in that it seems that we will not now be able to vote our way our from tyranny.
the bottom line to me is whether or not the members of the Federal Government is to be held accountable to the Constitution, by which they swear oaths of office to protect and uphold.
either way, THIS fact needs to be brought into the spotlight for all America.
i'm not suggesting anyone give up on supporting political candidates they feel are pro-liberty, but i AM suggesting everyone who is pro-liberty spread the message of the Right to Redress issue far and wide!
I hesitate to jump to hasty conclusions fuckposi. There may be a number of other factors contributing to this -- though, you are right: there are some people that simply don't care about their most essential and basic freedoms, but perhaps not 50%. On a ballpark guess, I'd say it's probably more like 33% (1 out of every 3).
I should clarify. I was in a bit of a state of anger while typing my comment, though I won't take it back. Most people would rather accept anything delivered to them than spend any time or exert any effort to educate themselves. They just want to get cheap gas, eat themselves into comas, and watch tv until they pass out.
Thank Bob Schulz, Speak up now, challenge un-ethical and illegal acts by governments, federal and local, or be doomed to experience the chaos and watch things get worse. Doo something! ! NOW !
First you must clarify your principles that you hold dearly, then commit to them, then decide a course of action to defend them, & finally, act. If you never commit, you'll never act. The key is to identify & define your principles FIRST. What principles & beliefs do you hold dear? How about your very freedom, liberties, and rights? Are those important to you? If they are -- and I'd survise that they ARE important to most people -- then you must commit to supporting and defending them (action).
Oh man, I so want to serve Jane Harmon 36th-CA. She introduced H.R. 1959. This is one of the most traitorous bills ever to hit the floors of Congress and it passed!
Nice video and ideas. Ron Paul needs all the help he can get. America and the world need Ron Paul to become the next President. Canada needs major help as well. As the NeoCons rule Canada with Political Correctness insanity.
Though I like, donated money to his campaigns, and support him, he is not the answer all this mess in this country. The two parties hold the power. The Bilderburgers decided our Presidents. It starts not with one man (woman) in office but in a grassroots movement removing corruption from the bottom (local level) on up to the top. Ron Paul's campaign has awoken many to this task.
The problem is that a FOREIGN POWER has taken the USA hostage by and through a little known treaty (BRETTON WOODS) and these fascists are building their NWO on this econometric treaty. See Article 6 of the Treaty showing how the sovereignty of the US was surrendered De-Jur. With a competent protest this act of treason can be abolished and the Constitution of the US restored before the fascist have their NWO via Bretton Woods DE-FACTO!
I've signed up to serve the papers to my congressman and one of our two senators. I can do one in the morning and one in the afternoon!
Last I checked, there were tons of available districts. It's time to move beyond words on a screen, people! Action is needed! Please join in this effort TODAY!
Excellent !! May the Lord Jesus protect you and give you the wisdom as you penetrate these evils.
May those legislators who do not understand be made aware and help you. Also may "we the people" stand together, pray and give thanks for what we have.
Bob's hunger strike will lead to his death - do any of us want him as yet another sacrifice? THERE HAS BEEN TOO MUCH SACRIFICE of human life for the cause of liberty and freedom - please, there is another way to do this, and we still have time. We have to give reps the redress of grievance as well as instructions for the penalties, changes and direct actions we demand. I honor Mr. Schulz, but he can not die for this cause, he has to live for it. To see it to fruition.
The petition for redress is petitioning the changes which resulted in our 'representatives' not representing their constituents at all, but their own self-interest and special interest backers.
At both the state and federal levels, so don't think that 'provision' once those amendments such as the income tax, federal statutes creating the Federal Reserve, and all the others, is valid at this point, and the 'procedure' you quote was created by the gov. itself and not people.
Igg - the procedure is the ONLY way to change it, as not all representatives are even aware of what has happened to our state/federal Constitutions - it is up to us to inform them, as a people, and to get them as outraged as we are about this. It's how Ron Paul is doing well at some conventions, because people are following the procedures, and those conventions where procedures aren't followed are revealing the corruption; it's win/win! Follow the law of the land as it stands.
The representatives are on the government and taxpayer's dole, so do you REALLY think that portion is valid anymore, since the federal income tax was passed, from which they are now paid?
Bob - it's me, Renee - don't do this. We can't lose any more patriots, we are already starved for liberty here - this idea can work, but it has to go through the chain of command, the only part missing is Representatives putting forth the petition - it can't be given by constituents. I plead with you to rethink the August hunger strike. I know it means a revising of the plan, I know time is running out, but your life means more to this cause than you are aware - please, don't do this.
The plan seems excellent: serving all 535 Congressmen with the petitions, and hitting all the non-DC circuits across the Country simultaneously with lawsuits to compel the U.S. Supreme Court to resolve their probably very conflicting decisions appears to be a sound strategy to get the Supreme Court to interpret the First Amendment Right to Petition. But I'm wondering if the Courts might attempt to pull a shenanigan like consolidation. Does anyone know if they can do that?
Thank-you Bob not only for the message, but for a plan of action.
Also, please, if you are a lover of liberty, add your voice and presence to "the mass" of peaceable and freedom-loving American citizens meeting and marching on Washington, DC on
JULY 12th
This is the Freedom r3VOLution March -- and will involve not only Ron Paul supporters from all over the country, but many other freedom- and peace-loving groups. The Promo video is here:
This video needs to be endorsed by Ron Paul and uploaded to the Ron Paul Youtube Channel! That channel is being used at a very minute fraction of its awesome potential to disseminate information and mobilize people. 50,000+ subscribers, many of whom have been waiting months for this very type of video to know "what to do next."
"If once the people become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, Judges and Governors, shall all become wolves. It seems to be the law of our general nature, in spite of individual exceptions." -- Thomas Jefferson
I've become a lot more attentive to public affairs since learning of you Mr. Schulz. The wolves have encircled us and appear to be moving in for the kill. You've got my full and undivided attention.
This very honorable gentleman, Mr. Bob Schulz, Chairman of the We the People Foundation & Congress -- who I've known for many years -- has been selflessly fighting for our Liberties and Rights for well over a decade. It's been a very costly battle & he needs YOUR help right now. These are YOUR Rights that are in extreme jeopardy. So YOU can begin to help by making sure to sign the Petitions for Redress at:
I have donated hundreds of dollars to Dr. Paul's campaign and belong to a local meetup; I will continue to support his ideals while on this planet. It's the message he brings us that is vital for our freedom.
My brothers and sisters, I beg you, to address this with the utmost ergency, as many do not know what trouble lies ahead in a tyranicle state of affairs inwhich we will be in, we have seen what happens when 535 elected officials decide personal profit overrides constitional law.
If we will not participate in at least some portion of this plan, then we as a free people are dead and the non-action is a witness to that fact. Let us join hands in this bold statement and let not the lives and sacrifices of so many who have gone before us be forgotten or in vain.
Because who pays for the Media? They sell advertising to who? One clue.. Big Corrupt Corporations.

A racist is easy to spot. The dislike/hate ALL of the people in a perticular race because they believe them to be inferior.
Ron Paul certaily doesn't fit that bill.

What is much more rampant in America today is prejudice and probably the most extreme is againsts muslims and middle easterners.
Unfortunately, the wealthy elite has used media, education, governement and publicly elected leaders to promote this prejudice.
But again, Ron Paul doesn't fit this bill either.
But more to the point, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that we follow and support the constitution.

This was a MAJOR lawsuit with about 1500 individually-named plaintiffs involved in suing the Government for a re-declaration of their Rights by the Supreme Court. So, suffice it to say, the We the People Foundation IS filing lawsuits (and more than just one).
KobyBrandt 3 years ago 7

Ron Paul is NOT a CFR member, the others are.

We all need to do something about all of this. The America I once knew is gone. The plan seems sensible and well thought through. Count on my full support Mr. Schulz in your efforts to restore our Constitution and hold our government accountable.
tamba444 3 years ago 3
Let the r3VOLution begin! Thanks for both the videos Mr. Schulz. I've already signed all the Petitions for Redress.
monadog3 3 years ago 4
HorrendousOne 3 years ago 4
This is the only plan that I have heard about that stands a chance to have an impact. If you love freedom act now to save what liberty you have left.
hzxti 3 years ago 5
i agree with Bob Schultz, in that it seems that we will not now be able to vote our way our from tyranny.
the bottom line to me is whether or not the members of the Federal Government is to be held accountable to the Constitution, by which they swear oaths of office to protect and uphold.
either way, THIS fact needs to be brought into the spotlight for all America.

i'm not suggesting anyone give up on supporting political candidates they feel are pro-liberty, but i AM suggesting everyone who is pro-liberty spread the message of the Right to Redress issue far and wide!

It's amazing that so few of the people that watched the first half even cared enough to watch the second half (the plan).
The majority of people don't even care, they love the giant tit of idiocy delivered by this government and those that run it.
fuckposi 3 years ago
I hesitate to jump to hasty conclusions fuckposi. There may be a number of other factors contributing to this -- though, you are right: there are some people that simply don't care about their most essential and basic freedoms, but perhaps not 50%. On a ballpark guess, I'd say it's probably more like 33% (1 out of every 3).
jamjabba3 3 years ago 2
I should clarify. I was in a bit of a state of anger while typing my comment, though I won't take it back. Most people would rather accept anything delivered to them than spend any time or exert any effort to educate themselves. They just want to get cheap gas, eat themselves into comas, and watch tv until they pass out.

Thank Bob Schulz, Speak up now, challenge un-ethical and illegal acts by governments, federal and local, or be doomed to experience the chaos and watch things get worse. Doo something! ! NOW !
phitnessjim 3 years ago 5
First you must clarify your principles that you hold dearly, then commit to them, then decide a course of action to defend them, & finally, act. If you never commit, you'll never act. The key is to identify & define your principles FIRST. What principles & beliefs do you hold dear? How about your very freedom, liberties, and rights? Are those important to you? If they are -- and I'd survise that they ARE important to most people -- then you must commit to supporting and defending them (action).

Nice video and ideas. Ron Paul needs all the help he can get. America and the world need Ron Paul to become the next President. Canada needs major help as well. As the NeoCons rule Canada with Political Correctness insanity.

Also not american, but you guys need to act. If ron paul were in power i would move to the united states
canadianmetalhead1 3 years ago 4

BagOfEyebrows 3 years ago 2
They've ignored him, and us for too long.
Love the screen name.

BagofEyebrows:
The petition for redress is petitioning the changes which resulted in our 'representatives' not representing their constituents at all, but their own self-interest and special interest backers.
At both the state and federal levels, so don't think that 'provision' once those amendments such as the income tax, federal statutes creating the Federal Reserve, and all the others, is valid at this point, and the 'procedure' you quote was created by the gov. itself and not people.
lgg53053 3 years ago 4
Igg - the procedure is the ONLY way to change it, as not all representatives are even aware of what has happened to our state/federal Constitutions - it is up to us to inform them, as a people, and to get them as outraged as we are about this. It's how Ron Paul is doing well at some conventions, because people are following the procedures, and those conventions where procedures aren't followed are revealing the corruption; it's win/win! Follow the law of the land as it stands.
BagOfEyebrows 3 years ago 3
BagofEyebrows....
The representatives are on the government and taxpayer's dole, so do you REALLY think that portion is valid anymore, since the federal income tax was passed, from which they are now paid?
Don't think so.....

BagOfEyebrows 3 years ago
it can't be the constituents - it has to be their representatives that submit the instructions for redress of grievances -
BagOfEyebrows 3 years ago
The plan seems excellent: serving all 535 Congressmen with the petitions, and hitting all the non-DC circuits across the Country simultaneously with lawsuits to compel the U.S. Supreme Court to resolve their probably very conflicting decisions appears to be a sound strategy to get the Supreme Court to interpret the First Amendment Right to Petition. But I'm wondering if the Courts might attempt to pull a shenanigan like consolidation. Does anyone know if they can do that?
tamba444 3 years ago 5

P3rf3ctStorm 3 years ago 12
Thomas Jefferson saw the future some how or just used simple logic. Ether way he knew it would come to this point.
Keep in mind so has the Neocons...
- Bush can call Martial Law
- Bush can name anyone a terrorist
- FBI can search your home, take what it wants and makes it unlawful to tell anyone?!
- Bush can set aside elections (not that it mattered)
- Bush has built FEMA concentration camps
- Bush uses illegal "enhanced interrogation"
The American citizens are in danger.

My brothers and sisters, I beg you, to address this with the utmost ergency, as many do not know what trouble lies ahead in a tyranicle state of affairs inwhich we will be in, we have seen what happens when 535 elected officials decide personal profit overrides constitional law.
amishsaint 3 years ago 12
Ooops! You said 535. It should be 534 as Ron Paul we know stands firm on the constitution.

If we will not participate in at least some portion of this plan, then we as a free people are dead and the non-action is a witness to that fact. Let us join hands in this bold statement and let not the lives and sacrifices of so many who have gone before us be forgotten or in vain.
I am in!
