well first it was chopped by the owner then when we bought it it was then sent to paint shop for full strip all joins fully welded fair bit of work then painted black as you can c very good shop on the body sooooooooo straight just went down q mile first time last week ran 11.4 all day long best part is it street legal in NZ

This is the "small" car GM Holden made in the early 70s. Considering that it started life as either a 4-door sedan or 3-door coupe, he did an incredible job of it
That looks Pritty sweet mate! the best ute conversion on any car ive seen. it really suits that model, Holden shoulda released a ute version of it. ive seen an LX ute b4 but it was shit! Yours takes the cake!

Its one thing to shove a V8 into a LJ Torrie - but a ute conversion as well - brilliant approach...
BTW, in Korea Daewoo built WAGON versions of the LJ Torana, sold as the Chevrolet 1700...
