Steffi hits a lot of backhand topspin in this match, most of the time when Martina approach the net.

You could really tell after the rain delay something was up with Martina physically. Her service motion had slowed down and her hip action and knee bend decreased quite a bit. By 1-4 down she seemed to realize she couldn't win this. Should have at least won 2 games in the 3rd set though, terrible disappointment to double fault back-to-back after being up 40-15. Steffi was amazing though - what confidence!
