Actually.....i watched that episode like 100 times over (not really) but nobody actually knows if she died or not!!! She was at the door when it did explode so she might have survived....so.....was cyber six killed......or did she survive.....that is an answer nobody will find out.

The comics go way further into the story, even to the point that Cybersix and Lucas have a baby together. The child ends up getting kidnapped by Jose, braainwashed, and is chemically forced into adulthood all to fight Cybersix. That's the cliffhanger that I had to stop at because I couldn't find the next volume. *sad sigh*
