Please don't get me wrong, by "given a chance", I mean they were given power to rule SA, and the opportunity to make a difference. If they really wanted a new democratic country that would be good for everyone, they would have achieved that. A country in foreign debt does'nt have power. When apartheid was abolished, SA had an international debt of $18billion. This was worsened by more international loans to SA by the World Bank and IMF. This was also around the period that the WTO opened markets for world wide free trade. The new democracy had no chance of making any viable difference. I urge you to view content about "the World Bank", "IMF" and "WTO". You will soon learn that our enemy is not the SA gov, but international bankers.
