Yes, Robbie Robertson is phenomenal. I listened to this CD driving from Banff to Lake Louise. Music isn't needed to make that drive any more spectacular, but it was pure joy. I look forward to doing that again. Would love to go up to Banff for the Mountain Film Festival one of these years.
Tip: First in crow I began bringing one leg off the tricep at a time, knee suspended between arms. This gave me an awareness of what was needed for shoulder balancing. I fell lots, but floor wasn't far :)
THE Robbie Robertson? From The Band? I lost track of him a long time ago. Will need to check out what he has been doing lately.
Awesome sequence, as usual. That single leg crow pose, which you make look effortless, is soo hard to do well, but I saw a cheat for it recently that I may try in practice this week.
Really beautiful
