nah, thats a stun coz when you through a stun, you get a hit marker and thats because when your in its blast radius it takes away 2 points of damage out of 100. presuming that guy shot you in the limb, means that he took away 98 points of your health becoz stopping power multiplys the damage of your weapon by 1.4

70 x 1.4 + 2 = 100

all sniper rifles do 70 damage, but its the body multiplyers that make it a one shot kill. the limbs are x1.00 stomach is x1.10 and the chest and head is x1.50
