How to DFU Mode "Turn it on for the Booting Apple Logo Connect your iPhone to your Sync Cable and then Connect that to iTunes then Hold down the Home and Power Button untill the Screen turns off when it dose Release the Power Button and Keep Holding down the Home Button untill iTunes Responds to the iPhone"

AGGGGH Help my phone keeps going to the itunes screen and instead of showing the slim wide past of the USB that inserts into the iPhone, it shows the part going into the PC it won't show up in iTunes, I know my USB cable is good, because when I go into DFU mode but holding the home button while powered off, the phone lights up and turns on, going to the same USB (small end) To iTunes, it's supposed to show the part that goes into the iPhone, this is a 2G PLEASE I need help.
